Shoe Size: Felt true to size
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: No arch support
Very narrow shoe -
My foot is slightly wide across the front and I have a high arch. Although C width shoes are usually too wide, I decided to go with the wide width given the style. The shoe is too narrow for me and I can't wear it comfortably.

I just got off the phone with one of your customer service agents, and she was unfailingly helpful and nice. That's in addition to your great online service and quick shipping, and your great selection of shoes.
