I like the look of this shoe a lot, but be warned it runs small. I usually order a size 11 with Adidas shoes with no problems. When I put these on I thought it was a size 10, but they are clearly marked 11. These shoes run narrow and are very tight on the bridge of my foot. I do like them and will order the next size up. Hopefully they will fit better.

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs.
