I love these shoes!!! They are especially good going through airport security, on the EFX and on nice long walks.

I ordered two pair of MBTs (Wanda size 8 & Boma size 8.5). Loved both of them! However, neither pair fit. I called Customer Service at Zappos and was told they would send me a different size out today and I will receive them tomorrow. Now that is what I call service. I have always been pleased with Zappos. I know that some MBTs are sized differently, but Zappos can not be held responsible for that, but they work with their customers and make things right. Thank you Zappos. Other Mail Order Companies need to take pointers from all of you. And best of all you don't get the attitude you do with most other Companies.

The new "Wanda" is my second pair of MBTs and I love them as much as the first! As MBT wearers know, this is all about comfort, not about style; however, the Wanda model is as close as you can get to an MBT shoe that looks anywhere close to normal. I saw Dr. Donnica Moore on ABC a couple of weeks ago, and she recommended MBTs over fashionable high heels for obvious reasons. They offer me significant relief from lower back and knee pain. After 2 months of wearing MBTs, I'm a believer. The Wandas have a wide toe box, a great design that lets your toes spread as you walk. While trying shoes on in a store is clearly best, at least Zappos' easy return policy allows you to try them, return them, and have a new pair shipped to you, all within a 3-4 day period.

I love these shoes. Fit perfectly and SO comfortable. They are dressy enough to wear with pants to work, but also casual to wear with jeans.

MBT\'s are the ugliest shoes around, but these are a step up from their other styles. I found them true to size in width and length, but a bit difficult to get into. A shoehorn helps. They are big in the heel and I am exchanging them for the the low boots which I hope will eliminate the rubbing of the shoe on the back of my heel. I had foot surgery 6 months ago and it was not successful. I am not able to wear any shoes besides Merrell Mocs but these just might do the trick. I only wish they were not so expensive. It is hard for me to spend so much money on something so unattractive!

Finally, an MBT style that I can wear to work and professional meetings! The style is very plain, but it can go with slacks and not be noticeable. More than any other MBT that I've tried (and I've tried many and own several pairs), these were the hardest ever to get into. Normally, the MBTs run a 1/2 size small on me, but these were a full size too small. They're very narrow, and if I get the right length, then the top of my foot gets squeezed. Also of note, they don't have the same "incline" for lack of a better term. There isn't as much rock to these guys as with older models. I have Plantar Fasciitis, and the styles with more of a rock feel best because they relieve pressure on my heels. These are almost like regular shoes. I did send these back because for the price I thought they should fit better, but they give me hope that MBT is thinking about more normal styles that people can get away with in the workplace. Until then, I am wearing my MBT Kilima hiking boots and hoping no one notices. They were the best style for PF, and I'm so sad that they no longer make them. I don't know what I'll do when my pair wears out.

Not for wide foot with high instep. Ordered 1/2 size larger than regular size, still felt too tight and the pressure on the top of my foot was too much. Leather is soft and would probably have given but I did not want to chance it.

My third pair of MBT shoes - and my favorite. I bought a half size larger, and I need a shoe horn to easily get them on. I\'m on my feet all day and have knee and back problems. These shoes make getting through the day with less pain possible. As always, dealing with Zappos is a delight.

They may look ugly, but they do wonders for your feet and back. If you have anything wrong with your feet such as a heel spur or neuroma, this shoe takes the pressure off. Also the shoes cure backache after walking in them for one week. The shoe comes with a DVD to explain the process. This is my second pair and my husband got a pair. They are pricey, but worth it.

A blessing to someone who has spent literally thousands of dollars on other so-called solutions (orthotics; support shoes; physical therapy). Totally realigns how I stand and how I walk. I have relief from pain that I have never had. Well worth the money!

This is the first pair of MBT shoes I\'ve bought. I did have to use a shoehorn to get these on at first, but they fit perfectly and feel great. I usually vary between a 7 1/2 to 8, and bought the 37 size, which is perfect. I have a high arch and think of my foot as wider than some, and though the shoes are snug all around, they don\'t feel tight, but instead like they are hugging my feet. Walking in these shoes is like hovering--no stress on any part of your foot. Walking feels effortless. I\'ll be buying more styles of MBTs. They are worth every penny. I love the look of this style--very nondescript, can be dressed up or down. The leather is top quality.

I\'ve been really pleased with this shoe! I needed a comfortable shoe that would accommodate my orthotics and these fit the need. They allow me the benefit of an MBT but look a little dressier for office attire.

Fabulous. I wear them to work every day. I got a full size bigger than I usually wear and have had to add an insert to keep the heel from slipping. The length is perfect, about 1/4 inch of toe room when standing. I have since purchased MBT sandals and tennis. No more heel pain.

This is my first pair of MBT shoes and I love them! I've been a nurse over 25 years and have arthritis in my knees and back and have tried every kind of shoe there is. These MBTs are the only shoe I will ever buy again! My knees and back no longer ache after long hours on my feet. Zappos is the only place I'll buy them!

My shoes arrived in only 2 days! The shoe itself was beautifully crafted and was perfect for professional wear; it did not look orthopedic when worn. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they were extremely narrow. I had a hard time getting my feet into the shoes (I had to use a shoe horn for the first time ever) and they were very tight across the front. I had hoped that I could purchase another pair in a wider width but they are only available in one width. Purchasing and return with Zappos.com was very easy and speedy.
