I ordered my boots one afternoon online, and they appeared at my door the next day! Unbelievably great service. And I love the boots. Zappos is a great site because you can search by size. It's the only place I get exactly what I want in footgear.

These shoes are awesome! My usual size fits perfectly with a little extra room in case you need thicker socks, they are lined on the inside and have a zipper along the side. I love 'em!

I purchased the green ones and just got them today. Maybe I would have liked them better if I had purchased the purple, but these are going back to Zappos. I am sad because they are so cute online and so comfortable on - however, if your foot is bigger than a 9 (or if you are on the shorter side) these will possibly bunch up at your ankles. They look a bit like clown boots, too. I have athletic calves and the width felt way too wide as well. I need something a bit more substantial (and something that won't look weird with tucked boots) so I will probably be trying a leather or rubber material.

Cute boot, but not for me. I need a rain boot (not a snow boot) that will also keep my feet somewhat warm, to tromp around cold, rainy England in this Christmas. I want the ability to stuff my jeans inside them, as well. Reading some the reviews, I ordered a half size larger than what I normally wear, so I ordered a 7 instead of a 6.5. Unfortunately, they were huge on me. I think the 6.5 would have fit me just fine, but they're all sold out in my preferred color. Cute boot, but one thing I really didn't like about them was that the shaft felt like it was slipping down my leg a little; it's not stiff at all. Also, they fit very snug on the calf. I don't know how they could be worn with jeans. I am returning them and getting the glossy Hunter's instead, and will wear them with thick, winter socks to keep my feet warm. As always, Zappos rocks and has the best service. I use Zappos for nearly all of my shoe purchases!

Not wide enough. I have bunions. Only shoes that consistently are comfortable are Danskos. I hoped these would be wide enough. I need rainboots! I love the style, lowered heel, but they're too tight in the toes. Such a bummer. I wish they made wide widths. I'll check out the men/boy boots.

Bought these boots in my usual size, felt too tight. I called the customer service line and they sent me the last pair of 1/2 size bigger which I am wearing as a write this. I love Earth and have at least five pair, but these boots are my new favorite!

I bought my first pair several weeks ago, and it was money very well spent. I can walk, stand, and splash for hours at a time. These boots meet my 3 c's of shopping: cute, cheap, and comfortable.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
