These are very very cute flops, BUT super super uncomfortable! They\'re just hard...I bought two pairs- one for myself and the other for my friend... turned out these cute flops became our nightmare.... I seriously love them, however, seriously cannot wear them....

First off, let me say that I REALLY wanted to love these shoes. I bought them for my vacation, but upon wearing them out the first day I found myself in serious pain! How, you ask, could a flip flop (seemingly harmless) inflict pain? Well, the adorably cute little heart design on the thong happens to be made from a very hard rubber-like material, which, upon walking, digs directly into the top of your foot. Now, maybe it's just my feet (size 8-9, thin and narrow) but I would hate for anyone else to spend this much on a pair of flip flops that are going to torture you and leave you scarred (yes, scarred). I'm very sad about these darling shoes, but I still love you Marc Jacobs!

 |  | Didn’t know where to send a note to the full staff so I’m putting it here. I haven’t shopped Zappos for a few years (how many Birkies can one gal wear at a time)! I’ve hunted and hunted for boots. Not much call for tall boots in the Phoenix area, but the styles changed this year so I wanted to get with it. I hate going to stores so I tried the internet, thought I found gold, but ended up returning because they were too loose or too tall or too short. The light bulb went off and I came back to Zappos and they had calf and height measurements listed - what a brilliant idea!!! I found black suede and grey leather and I had them at my front door a day later! How much better could it get: both pairs fit!!! Please post this for all employees so they can know their efforts are very much appreciated... you all could teach the rest of the corporate world how it should be done.
