Zappos "knocked my socks off" with their beyond-expectations customer service. I ordered shoes for my husband in a hard to find width. Upon arrival, both did not fit (my husband's feet had grown wider). Zappos' return procedure was very easy, convenient, and at no cost to me. I reordered and to my surprise the second order arrived within 24 hours without any additional cost to me. Their customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced! I'm telling all my family and friends.

Finally, a Propet shoe that doesn't look cheap. I've ordered several different models, and while they are indeed wide cut (I like the extra room of the hard-to-find 5E), the shoes looked like old-man mall walkers. But these work great with my jeans, and in my "hip-casual" ad agency (said tongue-in-cheek) they work well.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Hush Puppies and Florsheim

 |  | I ordered the Coloriffics Bermuda shoe to wear to a wedding 10/3/09. My daughter in law saw the shoes and immediately called her sister, the bride. The bridal party had shoes purchased at another store, but now the entire bridal party is wearing the Coloriffics shoe from Zappos! The bride asked me if it was o.k. and I said Yes.
