Warm Spring Hoodie -
I really like this hoodie! Have gotten compliments on the color (Spring Hoodie). The only thing, even though it's an extra large, it's still a little snug, which seems it's the way they are making clothes these days, a little smaller, but other than that it's great!

 |  | I don't normally use exclamation points in my correspondence, but Zappos.com has taken my breath away with your delivery service. And I don't normally use teen-age expressions, but all I can say is OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! You rock!!!!!!!!!! Last week, I ordered shoes, and received one pair the very next day. The other shoes came the day after that. Sadly, none of them fit, and I had to return them all. Yesterday, I notified you of the return, printed out my FREE return shipping labels, and ordered one style in a different size. Today, I returned the shoes at a UPS store, and by the time I had returned home, my new shoes were on my doorstep! How do you do it? Is it a unique connection in the time/space continuum between your warehouse and Texas? However you do it, I am so impressed, and will tell all my friends about your wonderful, amazing service.
