Avia is my favorite walking shoes. I've tried Reebok and Nike brands, but always come back to this brand. This one has excellent support and comfort. Great price. I'm really enjoying my daily walks.

I only wear Avia tennis shoes and this is probably the 10th pair I have purchased, mostly all with Zappos. You'll never find a better on-line store than Zappos, the best customer service in the world. These Avias are true to size and comfortable right out of the box. I ordered a new color (for me), the taupe/ecru, and like it because it's fairly neutral. I will probably order the same shoe in black. I have never had an Avia tennis shoe that wasn't satisfactory.

I\'ve learned that I can count on Zappos for complete satisfaction. My past experience buying footwear online has not been satisfactory, so I took a chance when I ordered the Avia tennis shoes. I did this only because of free shipping both ways. (My 72-year-old feet are mighty particular on my daily walks.) I was so pleased that I immediately ordered another pair (different brand). I\'m very happy with that pair also.

I bought a pair of Avia A333W sneakers at Kohls in April 2009, that makes them 6 months old. I wear these sneakers every day, commuting to and from work. Although very comfortable, I am disappointed that they already have a tear on the top front of the right sneaker which makes them impossible to wear when it is raining. This was my first Avia purchase and it will be my last.

I love my Avia sneakers. I have 2 herniated discs in my neck with much back pain, but I still try to continue to walk 3 days a week. After I received my Avia sneakers, I actually felt like I was walking on air. It made a huge difference and I'm so glad I bought these sneakers. I needed a larger size, so I returned them. The free shipping really came in handy. Zappos really knows what it's doing when they offer free shipping. It keeps their customers coming back. Yea for Zappos!

After wearing Reeboks for a number of years, my podiatrist suggested that I try Avias. I wanted a monotone sneaker, whether it be white or tan, and these items looked promising. I ordered both the white leather and tan suede (which looks more like an oxford) in a size 7, hoping they would accommodate my orthotics. Much to my surprise, they did. The shoes run true to size, and are very comfortable. I wore them on vacation and had no problems "breaking them in." The only "complaint" I have is that they squeak, which may actually be a function of the orthotics. A minor concern in my estimate; all I need to do is wrap the orthotics in a dryer sheet and the squeaking goes away! Once again, Zappos delivery and service was excellent. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

Zappos is the best online shopping experience. I have ordered several items that have showed up at my door the next day. I have returned items for a refund as well as an exchange and no complaints. Their service is fast and trustworthy every single time. I encourage everyone to try Zappos to purchase shoes, clothing, etc.

My work as a bartender at a private club requires me to be on my feet for 7 hours a night, five nights a week; I simply have to have comfortable shoes and they must be black. I've tried many styles and brands in all price ranges, and these are by far the best. There's no break-in time; I can wear them for a full shift on the very day they arrive and keep on wearing them day after day after day. I love these shoes!

I purchased the white/silver version of these and am very happy. I loved the arch rocker support that Avia shoes have. I find they fit very true to size and are great for walking. I am going to Disney World and intend to do alot of walking so these will fit the ticket just great. I do find they need a little breaking in though.

Awesome shoes!!! I have a very narrow heel and narrow to medium foot. I also get plantar fasciitis often. These shoes have made me feel like a million bucks. My legs and feet no longer hurt. I bought 4 pair in different colors. They are great!!! They fit like a glove.

I love this shoe. In the ecru that I selected, you cannot tell that it is an athletic shoe. The fit is just right and I can wear it for long periods of time without foot fatigue. Thanks Zappos.

 |  | I know many times all you hear about are complaints, but this note is just to let you know that out of all my experiences with websites and purchasing online (which I do a lot of), your website, your ordering process, and your return process is the easiest I have ever experienced. I just a placed an order, and it was just like “1, 2, 3,” and I had made my purchase. I have ordered from you before, and unfortunately had to make some returns, but it was a breeze to return.
