I had never ordered from Zappos, but couldn\'t find a wedding shoe...these were perfect! The fit was true to size and they were actually very comfortable. The color was exact. Also ordering from Zappos was a dream...it took me less than 3 minutes to place my order and receive a confirmation! Thanks so much!!

The product is as perfect as it looked in the photos! I am using these shoes for my wedding; they are very comfy and true to the size listed. I have already gushed over my experience with the service Zappos provided with the purchase of this product, including free shipping both ways, of course. In addition to this, I recieved these shoes less than 24hrs after placing the order, with still no additional cost! I don't know why anyone would bother going to the mall when the perfect shoes, in a hard to find size (5.5), are almost magically delivered to my door upon my command, and if they didn't fit, well send them back! But they did fit, and I love them! Thanks!

 |  | Thanks so much for the expedited shipping. I meant to have the shoes shipped faster when I placed the order because I want to wear them this weekend, but I forgot. I didn't really worry about it though because Zappos always sends things incredibly fast - I've received packages the day after I placed an order! Zappos is great. The free shipping and fast return make shopping for shoes online foolproof. I know I order more because I know that if I don't like the shoes or they don't fit, I can return them easily and the payment is always credited to my account promptly. Thanks for the great service.
