I ordered the Uggs over the phone. The salesperson was very helpful, explained the whole process and was very efficient. The delivery on time and in good order. Will definitely order again and am spreading the word amongst my friends. Good job!

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company.
