I've spent a lot of money with Zappos and I will continue to do so because of the great customer service they provide. Fast shipping, fair prices, and hard to find shoes? Zappos has it! I will continue to be a loyal customer to Zappos! Customer service is very important and though it's an internet based customer service, I'm 100% satisfied every time. If I could put 10 stars I would, but I guess 5 is a 10. Thanks.

 |  | Dear Zappos, At a recent work event, someone asked the ice breaker, “What product do you believe in so much that you could sell it?” My answer, Zappos. I am convinced that I have single-handedly brought your company dozens of new customers because I have pitched your service and selection to women everywhere (especially with difficult sizes!). I cannot express my sincere thanks for the exceptional quality of service and the selection of shoes. Every contact with each sales representative has been exceptional- you have seriously made a great difference my world.
