I have been a fan of Keens for a while now and own about 6 other pairs/styles. I loved the look of the Hermosa, but had been hesitant to order a pair since several reviews said the elastic straps dug into the foot. But, I finally ordered a pair and I am glad I did. Keen has yet to disappoint me. I have tendonitis in my left foot and so it is important to have a shoe with good support and stability. What I love about the Hermosa is it provides support and stability and is just so darn cute! My only one "complaint" is about the elastic straps as well, but not that they dig into my feet. I do not have really narrow feet, but the straps were a tad too loose and the velcro on them was not enough for me to tighten them. But the shoe is otherwise very comfortable and I am glad I bought them!

I had hurt my ankle pretty bad a couple months ago and needed a good pair of walking shoes. I am on my feet all day long, so I started looking into these shoes and decided on the KEEN Hermosa. I've never had a nice pair of shoes before and these rock! They are so comfortable and my ankle has not had any problems since. I placed my order on Zappos and they were on my porch the next day! Thanks Zappos.

Great shoes! Fit nicely. Straps are a little short if you have high arches like I do. The backs were also a little high and took some breaking in. Overall I still would order nothing but Keens for my tootsies!

Great tread and super comfortable. A little bit of a sloppy fit, even for a wider foot like mine. They’re a little bulky overall, but great for a slip-on shoe for the walks along the boardwalk when you want to wear something other than your runners.

I own 9 pairs of Keens and I adore every pair that I wear. The new Hermosa's are quite comfy and fit true to size - once summer arrives in the Pacific Northwest I will be able to wear them ALL the time!

So, my Keen Hermosa’s are extremely cute and comfy. I am enjoying wearing them, since my company is closing I dress very casual every day and the keen's fit right in with jeans. Thank you for the overnight shipping.

These are keepers, and I'm very picky. I wear a 6.5 in most shoes, and usually order a 7 in Keens. The 7 in these fit perfectly. At first, I thought they were going to rub one foot, but after having them on a little while, they actually got more comfortable. They are lighter weight than my Keen Venices. The elastic straps are TOO SHORT for my high instep, but I'm hoping they will loosen a bit because they shoes are great otherwise. The stone grey is almost an army drab color, warmer than gray. Very neutral. These are also not quite as wide looking in the toe as some Keens.

Great and so comfortable shoes!!!
I thought they were not gonna be comfortable shoes when I first wore them because the back side is a little higher but I gave it a shot... now they’re great, wear them with or without socks they’re really comfy. As I have read from the helpful review, I ordered a half size bigger than my reg size.

Great shoe but one small problem -
If you have skinny upper feet (i.e., no fat--just the thin layer of skin over bones) the elastic straps on this shoe 'will' bother you after a while by cutting off blood circulation to parts of your upper foot, even with padded socks on. I have only medium arches so not a high arch problem. I've semi-solved the problem by crossing the straps where the pressure load is spread over a larger area. Otherwise they are very cute and very comfortable. Nothing at all to hurt the bottom of your feet, plenty of toe room, and well padded for walking and standing. I think the straps are just too narrow for the weight of the shoe; a shame Keen didn't make them wider. Zappos, as always, most excellent to deal with!

Comfy shoe -
I ordered these because I wanted a walking shoe that was easy to put on and that I could wear in summer or winter. They are comfortable right out of the box, although they could be more breathable. I don't think socks look good with them and I can tell that my feet will be sweaty in the warmer weather. I own 3 other pairs of Keens. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Keen Hermosa...
Overall I really like the look and feel of the shoe. The only negative is the straps are elastic and when closed tend to push the points of the shoe under the elastic in to the top of the foot which I think is very uncomfortable. I have pretty narrow feet so I imagine this would be worse with anybody with a wider foot.

Love these shoes.
These shoes are so comfortable that I am coming back to Zappos to buy another pair. They are cute, not too bulky, and look great with shorts or a sporty skirt. This is my first pair of Keen's and I absolutely love them.

These shoes are so cute! I received them within 12 hours of placing my order. Unfortunately, the elastic straps dug into the tops of my feet and I am sending them back.
