Loved the color, it was perfect for matching to my outfit. But, the reviews were absolutely correct that you should order 1-2 sizes larger, since the toe box is just too small! I am an 8-1/2, and since they don\'t come in half sizes, and 10 wasn\'t available, I took a chance on a size 9. Well, too small. Be sure to order 2 sizes larger. I\'m hoping for a 10 to come in now. Hope I don\'t need an 11! Just sounds too large to me.

Order a size (or two!) up. I ordered the 11 after people said to order up a size (I wear a 10 usually) but my toes still need some more room so I can't wear them. There also is not much cushion in them so an insert for the ball of the foot may be needed. I will say I adored the leather and the small heel.

I bought these heels for Spring and was actually looking for a nude-colored shoe, but ended up with these ones in off-white. My only complaint is that the toe-box is a bit small and pinches slightly (and I have an average to slightly narrow foot). After wearing them a few times, they seem to be working in well, fitting better without looking worn. Maybe the solution would be to go up a half-size from the get-go. Overall, beautiful leather and a perfectly sized small heel. They’re dainty looking while still being comfortable enough to wear all day. Now I’d kind of like the red or some other kicky color!

I love the look and feel of the shoe, but it runs a full size small.

Runs a FULL size small, or European size conversion is off. I wear a size 11/or 42, and that's what I thought I had ordered. The shoe box and sole of the shoe said "41", but a size sticker inside the shoe said "40". I believe that this sticker shows the real size. I am extremely disappointed... I found the perfect pump, and it doesn't fit.

Where else can you order shoes on line at 11PM and have them delivered to your front door within 24-48 hrs? And then, if it doesn't work out or the shoes don't fit, you let me send them back free of charge! And I have 365 days to do that. I am and always will be a loyal Zappos fan and tell everyone I know.
