Great boots -
These boots are great. I vowed I would get something like this in the midst of our last Montana cold snap. They are really warm. My son loves to wear them, and isn't racing to take them off like some other boots. With this style, they don't require lacing or tying and slip right on my son's feet. His shoe size is normally a 9, but he is growing fast. I opted for a 10 in these boots, and they fit just right.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
