I find these shoes are perfectly comfortable. I can move rapidly in them. They are wonderfully lightweight. They breathe well, which is necessary in the humidity of this Texas summer and working outside all day. I push myself very hard and come in thoroughly exhausted with knees, wrists and ribs aching, but my feet feel fine. In my work, that is huge. Another plus I enjoy is how well they blend in with Woodland Camo BDU pants. I have received comments of my color coordinating, when I was just going for comfort. However, such compliments are appreciated.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
