I\'m very satisfied with these shoes. They\'re chic, understated and really comfortable. The construction is really cool and looks expensive, but the cushion-y leather uppers already have deep wrinkles at the front from walking. They\'re still great shoes, and a pretty good value.

I bought these for my husband and he says they are the most comfortable dress shoe he\'s ever had. He\'s wearing them to work every day and loves them!

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
