Size 7 1/2 D. Seem true to size. I'd already purchased a pair of Hi-Tec Altitude IV hiking boots which were pretty decent and about half the price when the Rockports arrived. I had originally planned to ship the Rockports back, but I made the mistake of trying them on. Like I said, the Hi-Tecs were decent, these were great. Very comfortable, lightweight, waterproof (I haven't tested this yet), just what I wanted for a trip to Ireland this Spring. A bit pricey (at least for me), but what the heck, I want my feet to be happy.

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
