Good gooding and well-made shoe, but runs small. Noticed that the buckle on top makes the shoe very stiff. Tempting to try the larger size but the buckle still will make the shoe very stiff on top and not allowing you to move your foot around.

Really comfortable. These are great shoes, and very comfortable. I was at a conference that required "dress up" and my feet did not complain at all.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
