This is a very attractive shoe, though I had to order a 10, since 9.5 was unavailable. Fortunately, the 10 fit, so the 9.5 probably wouldn’t have. Also, I will have to return it, since the color doesn’t go with the dress I bought it for. It looks a little greener and lighter than the picture which clashes with the blue of my dress, which is a duskier teal blue. Fortunately, Zappos has the best customer service of any online store, EVER! I will definitely get my next pair here!

These shoes are terrific -- sassy, stylish AND also comfortable. What's best about them is dealing with Zappos -- I live on an island, and Zappos is like having a giant department store right down the street. Thank you.

 |  | After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
