For the money, these are an exceptional shoe. Light, comfortable, yet supportive for those of us with flat-ish feet, they do the job of shoes in the $120 range. I take anywhere from a 9.5 to a 10.5, depending on the shoe and manufacturer, and I'm a perfect 10.5 in these. I've run in nearly everything out there, and there are many good choices to be sure -- for me, though, it's always ASICS.

Very comfortable -
I wear only running shoes, and these have to be one of the most comfortable and lightest shoes I have ever worn. I have had some issues with my lower back and knees prior to purchasing these Asics, which have now subsided!

Affordable running comfort -
I found the shoe to be lightweight and comfortable. However, the insole in the right shoe was improperly sized and was for a shoe at least a full size smaller. It was easily corrected by replacing it with the insole from a worn pair of Asics Gel Cumulus. This shoe fits my needs (40 miles a week) as well as shoes twice the price.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
