Shoe Size: Felt true to size

Shoe Arch: No arch support
This is my fourth pair of Old Gringo boots and I have owned many other western boots including Luchesse's and other known makers and to me Old Gringo is head and shoulders above any of them in terms of looks and comfort. Most boots need a break in period but Old Gringo's are like a well worn pair from the moment you put them on. I also love their designs and style which is so unique. I am going to continue to purchase Old Gringos only. The customer service from Zappos is in one word AWESOME.
