Our 7 year-old daughter jumped for joy when she saw these! The color is just too pretty! These are her 3rd pair in as many winters. Usually I buy a unisex color so she can pass them down to our son, but the new lilac was irresistible! They're warm, comfy and so easy on/off when we're rushing from activity to activity. A worthwhile investment, for sure! Caution: she measures a size 3, I bought 4 and she had me exchange them for the 5! Yes, the 5 looks a bit big on her foot but she insisted the 4 was "too tight!" and the 5 is "just right!" The same happened with our son's size 2 (in black): he measures 1&1/2, I bought size 2, exchanged it for 3 (and because he's got wide feet, the 3 looks "just right", too!)

 |  | I don't normally use exclamation points in my correspondence, but Zappos.com has taken my breath away with your delivery service. And I don't normally use teen-age expressions, but all I can say is OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! You rock!!!!!!!!!! Last week, I ordered shoes, and received one pair the very next day. The other shoes came the day after that. Sadly, none of them fit, and I had to return them all. Yesterday, I notified you of the return, printed out my FREE return shipping labels, and ordered one style in a different size. Today, I returned the shoes at a UPS store, and by the time I had returned home, my new shoes were on my doorstep! How do you do it? Is it a unique connection in the time/space continuum between your warehouse and Texas? However you do it, I am so impressed, and will tell all my friends about your wonderful, amazing service.
