My daughter loves these boots. They are warm and really cute. The picture listed and description are accurate. The other reviews for this type of Ugg boot are true; they do run big. Don't forget to use water repellent; it's worth it for the light color of the boot.

	Dear Zappos, My friend Tim (Concord OH) told me you were THE place to buy shoes and boy was he right! I returned the one pair of New Balance 608's today at the post office. When I filled out the return form online last night, I also ordered another pair in 4E and it arrived at 3:30 pm today! WHAT SERVICE!!! I will be keeping this pair as they fit great! I have an awful time buying shoes, and I appreciate your free return policy. I will be sure to tell everyone that Zappos is THE place to shop online! Thank you again, Thom S.
