These are great shoes: comfortable, solid to walk on, easy to dance in, very attractive. Bought them for a wedding and didn't even need to break them in; wore them for more than eight hours first time without any discomfort.

These shoes are wonderful. I wore them to a rehersal dinner with slacks and to the wedding and dance with a silk dress. They looked nice with both outfits. Even better, they are comfortable. I was dancing with my shoes on at midnight! I\'ve worn Softspots in the past and sized down half a size and they fit perfectly. The color was a rich, shiny brown which was elegant. Will buy in other colors as the need arises.

This is a very comfortable shoe. Unfortunately, the style did not work on my foot. I liked how they looked from the side but the front looked a bit matronly (often the case with comfy shoes). Also as these are dress sandals, I think the foot bed would have looked better if it was black to match the shoe; I had ordered the black patent. I wear a 6.5 or 7 medium. The 6.5 medium fit very well.

I wore these shoes yesterday to a wedding dinner and they looked and felt fabulous at first. By the time I was driving home, though, my toes started to hurt from being squished in the front under the straps which, apparently for me, aren't very soft on the underside. I could feel each one bearing down on my toes. Even with that, though, I want to keep them and will wear them for another wedding simply because they are mostly comfortable with their lower heel and good looks.

This shoe was true to size and the fit was good. I am a slingback fan and the strap was a perfert fit for the ankle area. I am not a fan of the softspots insole. With this shoe i did buy ball of the foot cushions after repeated wear. They held up great and i will wear these shoes next summer.

Love the red! Deep, dark red that looks wonderful in patent. Love the style! Really fun shoes that looks sharp. Love the comfort! Wore them to an all afternoon outdoor wedding event and my feet felt great! Love the service! Thank you Zappos! The shoes were on my doorstep two days after I ordered them.

I purchased this shoe in red because it was so cute! I wasn't sure about the heel height because I have "issues" with my toe joints. I was very pleased to find that these shoes are very comfortable. In fact I wore them all day the first time. I need a lot of cushioning in the ball of the foot, especially with a high heel. These shoes provided just what I needed. I liked them so much, that I ordered them in the black as well. I have happy feet!

The shoe was cute and comfy. I liked the dark red color. Unfortunately, the shoe was a touch too narrow to be comfortable across the top of the foot. BUT I have a slightly wider than average foot, but not quite wide enough to wear a wide, so take that into account. I was disappointed because I really wanted to keep the shoe!

I just received this shoe and tried it on. It is very pretty, extremely comfortable and true to size. I went to six different stores to find a dress shoe with no luck. Zappos will definitely be my first stop next time! Thanks for your great customer service!

First I love these shoes. When I first reviewed them, they were great, comfortable, leather soles inside the shoe, pretty, but, after having them only three to four months, the elastic on the buckle disintegrated. The buckle was hanging by a threat. It happened to two different pairs in two weeks.

These sandals are fabulous! They are the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever worn. I started out with the black, then bought the brown and bone, the wide width fits perfectly and they are really pretty. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am always looking for a full-cut extra wide shoe. I had a trauma to my right foot an it is very difficult to find comfortable shoes. These Softspot shoes are truly a full-cut shoe! The leather is soft and the shoe is VERY comfortable. The kind of shoe you can walk in all day!

Very nice. After having my son, my feet were wider than ever, and I've been on the hunt to find some nice feminine shoes for two weddings this fall. These are nice, comfy, girly, and better yet, wide! Wide enough for my fat feet, and pretty! Plus, fantastic service for size exchange.

I have inherited foot problems but unlike my mother I have a professional job where I wear suits and dresses. At these times I find it difficult to find a shoe that can look professional and youthful without inflicting pain. After reading the reviews on this shoe I decided to give it a try. I received it in the mail the day before leaving for a conference. I actually wore it all day the first day without a regret. I have a wide foot and I found this shoe true to size. The padding proved to be amazing. I went on line to buy it in other colors but found my size sold out. I will try other similar shoes in this brand. I do not want to have to wear flats with my suits and now I may have an alternative.

A very versatile shoe. I wore it out clubbing and to a nice restaurant. As comfortable as any pair of heels can be expected to be. It was a perfect fit, which is unusual with my wide foot. It probably runs a little big, since I normally wear a 7 1/2 but I got this shoe in a 7. I highly recommend this shoe.

I have WW feet so finding footwear is a bit of a challenge. Department/shoe stores, not much of an option. Stylish shoe, comfortable for the heel height (I usually wear around a 1" heel). WW is a bit wider than most but a W would probably not have worked. This is my first experience ordering with Zappos and I will return. The return policy is great and the service was excellent.

Loved these shoes from the second I stepped into them until I took them off hours later. Very cute! Perfect for the occasion!! I would recommend them to everyone. On my feet all night at first wearing - I got the red color and the first time I wore them was on my feet for five hours running an event. I had no problems at all. These are comfy, stylish and made my feet look great! They go with dresses or pants, even jeans. This brand has never let me down.

These shoes are super cute! I got many great compliments at work. I have many dark, neutral clothes, so the red patent really adds a touch of sparkle. I wear size 11 and these made my feet look small! The only downside is a slight pressure that happens across the top of my toes from the inner strap. I slipped a bandaid under the strap and I was good. Wore them all day for a 10-hour day and very little trouble.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
