David Tate Madison in black patten great shoe for day and night. This past summer I purchased the Madison in white for the season. a perfect shoe for comfort and good looking. I had to have the black for the winter.

Can't Blame the Shoes!
I love the look of these shoes but when I put them on they felt very uncomfortable. I really can't blame the shoes because I have a lot of foot problems including wide feet. These shoes are probably great if you don't have feet that are too wide. I bought them a while ago because I didn't want to part with them, but each time I put them on I just change into a different pair of shoes. I will be returning them.

Love Zappos. Great shoes at a good price, quick delivery, and easy returns and exchanges. Have ordered several pairs of shoes this summer. Only one did I return with no problems. Will use them all the time.

Love the shoe, but almost didn’t keep them. These shoes fit very snug and require a few days wearing to relax a bit. They were worth the break-in time though, and I have no comfort issues with them now. They are cute and go well with almost anything. I’ve used them for dressy events and also with capris. It’s tough to find summer shoes that have enough coverage to hide the stuff I want to hide on my feet. These do the job well. They are more of a special event shoe with a thinner sole and more fragile design. Absolutely LOVE Zappos for their excellent customer service. It’s such a relief to not have to worry about making a purchasing mistake because I know Zappos is there to back me up every time.

I typically don't purchase shoes online as I need to try them on to determine comfort. I took a chance with this pair as I was leaving the country on vacation and in dire need of a white peep toe pumps. Surprisingly this shoe was extremely comfortable and a perfect fit! I was able to walk quite a distance in them on a concrete pavement. The heel size was perfect. Great purchase, not to mention the free shipping that this company offers!!!

Great shoe. The toe opening needed to be softened up a bit, for me, but was able to do that without much trouble. Looked good and was comfortable.

I ordered this shoe in black 10.5; it looked beautiful and felt comfortable until I wore it. After 2 hours the bottom of my feet hurt something awful. I had no change of shoes and was stuck in them for 2 more hours. When your feet hurt that bad the shoes no longer look good, this was a wasted purchase for me!!

These are beautiful shoes. I wore them to my son's wedding reception. But I am not used to wearing such a high heel and even with Foot Petals in the shoes; I could not stand in them for more than an hour. If you are used to wearing a heel like this or are younger, I would give these a try. The fit was good. I wear an 11 wide.

I ordered these in white, for summer, and really like them! My adult daughter is wishing we wore the same size---she really likes the peep-toe look. Now, I'm looking for all kinds of summery outfits to match my cute new shoes!

Thank you Zappos for offering a wide shoe that looks and feels great. I have very wide feet so it's difficult to find a modern looking shoe that is also comfortable. Zappos is the best for customer service.

These shoes are very comfortable. I don't usually wear heels but wanted something a little dressier for around town. The straps are very soft and forgiving and I like the higher side coverage. My only wish is that the arch support would be a little more. Otherwise very nice. I think they made my size 9 EE feet look pretty.

Very cute, even once I put them on my 7 1/2 extra wide feet. Make my feet look narrower than they really are. Pinched just a little in the toes the first few times I wore them, but once they were broken in very comfortable. The adjustable strap is better than the ones that are just elastic and allows for a better fit.

Wedding sandal -
I ordered a 7.5 AA and 8 AA for my daughter for a family wedding. The 8 and the 7.5 didn't let her toes in the shoe. We both had narrow feet and seem to keep having the same problem with the David Tate shoes we've ordered so far. Wider shoes don't work.
She didn't try them to find out about the arch support.

I'm in my sixties and purchased these shoes for our daughter's wedding. I believe this is the most comfortable high heeled dress shoe I've ever had in my life. I ordered the 8WW and found it true to size. The leather is so soft, and the cushioning and support are excellent for a dress shoe. Also the adjustable strap helps secure the heel nicely. The heel is a bit higher than what I've worn in recent years, but because everything else about the shoe is comfortable I think I'll be fine. At first I thought the broad areas of metallic might be a bit too "blingy" for me, but after trying the shoe on with my dress and rhinestone jewelry, I think the degree of bling is just right. Besides being wide, my feet are rather unattractive with bunions, so this shoe is far more becoming than the strappier, airy sandal heels I also tried. Your Zappos return policy makes shopping so easy. Also, you must have worked magic in shipping. I placed my order in the early afternoon Pacific Time and received them the next morning. Thank you, Zappos. You've made me so happy.

Color not accurate to the color name -
Color, which was platinum, looked more like gold compared to another pair of shoes same color from the same manufacturer. Also, the peep toe rubbed against the big toe and caused discomfort.

Dressy Comfort!
I bought these (in platinum) to wear for my son's upcoming wedding, so I haven't worn them "for real" yet; but they were the 3rd style I had tried (all from Zappos of course!), and the first that was comfortable and easy to walk in as soon as I tried them on! AND they are elegant looking - perfect with a formal gown, but I expect to get a lot more use out of them because they are such a simple style. I would call them "pale gold" though, instead of platinum.

Great Sandals -
I really did not wear these shoes yet as there is snow on the ground in NYC, but I did walk around the house with them and they seem to be comfortable. I will write an updated review after I wear them outside for a day.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
