Good Choice All Around. I have no trouble giving the Volari a 4 star. The size seems true, the quality of the stiching and fit and finish is very good. These are true casual sneakers with a fat tongue to custom shape to the bridge of your foot. Break in is necessary but will be worthwhile. These are not skate shoes but a nice light runner with a pleasing shape/style. The only downside I will mention, the soles are a bit flat, and arch support is near non existent. Replacement insoles are a great idea for anyone with a moderate to severe arch. Also the outer sole is very grippy and soft, but will wear smooth perhaps faster than some would like. Buy two pairs!

Look fine, last only weeks - these shoes I have had for about a month. I skate every day for about an hour. The front foot toe area is ripped almost all the way. Not durable at all. I paid a lot less for them at another web site. This site is so expensive.

I own a white pair of volaris size 10 and they fit great. I bought the black pair and for some reason they were a half size smaller. Zappos was great and shipped out a 1/2 size bigger pair by next day air, with a free return shipping label. They handled it great!

Great shoe that fits awesome! Sole seems it will wear fast -
Had them about 2-3 weeks and love them. Just don’t think the sole is going to hold up, rubber seems too soft. I don’t skateboard, so I can’t contribute the wear to that. But other then that, this shoe is awesome.

These are some great shoes. The only problem I found is if you wear them casually, the soles can become slippery on certain surfaces. Other than that, great purchase. Very comfortable.

DVS Review -
I love the looks of this shoe, but as far as durability goes, it's honestly not so good. I'm 25yrs old so I'm not exactly running around a lot, I only used the shoes for casual hanging out wear and I really only got a good three months out of them. The suede picks up dirt and dust very quickly and is difficult to wash out. The rubber soles on the bottom are just about worn through already!!! I would recommend this shoe, but not for everyday use and definitely not in the rain or anywhere where they may get dirty.

Blisters on the back of my foot...
OW! The backs of my feet on the tendon both have blisters after walking about 2 miles in these shoes on the first day. Since the shoe is so low around the ankle and high in the back.
The back part of the shoe is cloth, it rubs and rubs and rubs on the back of your foot...if you want to wear low-cut socks (which look better) you will end up with blisters.
The shoe fits smaller than a normal skate shoe, about 1/2 a size.
Since I had to wear them outside...I can't return them now!
They look amazing and Zappos did great on delivering them in less than 24 hours!

Sick Summer Kicks -
This is the first pair of DVS I've ever owned and they are awesome. They look amazing, very casual for summer time with shorts or jeans. I don't own many pairs of white kicks, but these look and feel great. As always, you can't go wrong ordering through Zappos.

Grey leather - This shoe is very comfortable, and I really like the material that it is made out of – especially the material of the toe cap and the lining inside the shoe. As an added bonus, the shoes came with an extra pair of black laces (in addition to the default pair of grey laces), as well as a DVS key chain tag/zipper pull, and a DVS stencil.

The shoes are sick, very comfortable, and I noticed a light step and they are almost not even there they are so light. Perfect for hot climates and they fit great. I am a 12 and the shoe could not have fit any better. They seem to be maybe a little fragile and I would not recommend these for skating, but as far as just kicking it, mad compliments and the shoe is a score. Thx again Zappos.

Shoe is super comfortable. The only thing is that it feels slightly larger than stated. Not a biggie for me. I like them a tad bigger anyway. Awesome look and feel. Would recommend to anyone that loves DVS.

Best shoes I’ve ever owned -
These things are perfect summer shoes. Stylish as can be. They don't heat your feet up the way normal skate shoes do. More comfortable than running shoes I have that seriously worn almost twice as much. These are friggin sweet. I’m buying another pair as soon as I can. DVS knows how to make the best shoes. I hope they continue this running skate shoe hybrid. Honestly get a pair. And thanks Zappos. Ordered them at eight and got them the next day by three. I’m all about DVS and Zappos. Big supporter of both.

This shoe is very light, is very well ventilated and is very comfortable. I am considering ordering another pair in another color. I am worried about how wet my feet are gonna be if I am wearing these out and it starts raining! They aren't exactly gonna hold out any water.

The title pretty much says it all. These shoes are not only an orgasm to the foot, but they are an orgasm to the eyes. An overall great shoe; I recommend these to anyone that is looking for a comfortable shoe and has an appreciation for style. (I ordered a half size smaller than my regular size and they were perfect.) On top of that, I ordered these yesterday at 9:30 PM. Today, they arrived at 2:00 PM with free shipping. Zappos does great business.

BEST SHOES EVER!!
This is my 3rd pair of Volari's. I'm definitely obsessed with them. I look all the time for other shoes that somewhat resemble these but I can never find anything that comes close to the look and feel of these shoes. I live in Canada and had to get these sent to a buddy in Cali just so I could get another pair (gotta do what you gotta do). For anyone who thinks they may be interested, just do it. These shoes look great with jeans at the bar, shorts at the beach and feel comfy enough to wear as slippers at night. Not to mention every time I get a new pair, the ladies always notice, and isn't that what it’s all about?

Pretty good, but not perfect -
Pretty good shoe. I got it mostly for the looks, and they do look great. I do have to echo the concerns about construction quality. There are some frayed stitches, and there is something about the flex of the shoe that feels a little weird. If I had bought it for actual skating, I might be a little disappointed because it doesn't feel super sturdy, but since I only wanted it for the looks; I guess I am ok with it. Shoe could have been cheaper considering this. Fit seems fine, not too large.

These are great shoes. They are very comfortable and almost have running shoe style to them, so they are not huge and bulky. The delivery was faster than expected and they fit perfect!

What a comfortable easy shoe. It’s lightweight, breathable and fits my big stupid feet. The mesh ones are probably not the best shoe to skate in but they look good and feel great. Get pumped.
