Wonderful shoe. Classic, understated, fine quality materials, beautifully made, comfortable. Also appreciate the comfort and the look of a rounded toe on a flat. The only fault to find is that there's very little arch support, which can be fatiguing after a while. I've made myself not buy it in additional colors as they go on big markdowns, because I have a tendency to buy multiple colors of a shoe/boot I like a lot (hubby teases me that I keep buying the same shoe!) rather than expand the style options in my wardrobe. I find that Cole Haan and D Pliner are among the most consistent re: sizing. Once you find your size, it will be the same in virtually every style.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
