I have a second job in retail, where I have to be on my feet 5-6 hours and look presentable at the same time. I have not had a pair of heels that were bearable beyond a half an hour period, until I received these boots. The heel height and the cushioned footbed makes this the perfect work boot with great looks. Actually they feel like I can run a race in them. The are no sore feet, no pressure anywhere, just total comfort. The sole is slip resistant, I don\'t have to worry about falling on my way to the car.\r\nWhen ordering, bear in mind that even the standard width is fairly wide, so don\'t order the wide unless you really, really need it.

Stylish boots for wide feet are hard to come by. These boots are comfortable and roomy. If you prefer a tighter fit around the ankle, the "wide" may be too big; however, there is room to insert a comfort sole as well.

 |  | After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
