Beautiful boot, incredibly comfortable. 1/2 size smaller than usual fits me perfectly. The boot fits very snug on my calves, so if you have larger calves, these may not work.

Great boot! The heel is nice and low so these are perfect since I am 5' 7". They are insulated with a little foam so they are nice and warm, too. Can walk in the city with no problem. I measured by calf and it was about 14.5, an 8.5 fit perfect. I just love them, finally perfect boots!

 |  | Thanks so much for the expedited shipping. I meant to have the shoes shipped faster when I placed the order because I want to wear them this weekend, but I forgot. I didn't really worry about it though because Zappos always sends things incredibly fast - I've received packages the day after I placed an order! Zappos is great. The free shipping and fast return make shopping for shoes online foolproof. I know I order more because I know that if I don't like the shoes or they don't fit, I can return them easily and the payment is always credited to my account promptly. Thanks for the great service.
