Each time I have ordered from Zappos I have been very pleased. The shipping was free and the delivery speedy. They also have a huge selection enabling me to find exactly what I needed.

These Heelys fit true to size. My son wears a men's size 10. Men's sizes are harder to find, but Zappos had some to choose from. Zappos was easy to order from and the order came quickly with no problems.

	I ordered my shoes after 6pm on Nov. 2, and when I drove in my driveway the next afternoon (4pm) they were waiting on the front step...WOW! Not even 24 hours had passed, incredible. Thanks so much for the upgrade in shipping. Everyone in the break room at work this morning heard about it and several ladies said “are they from Zappos?” You have a great reputation, congratulations!
