So far so good. I wear a size 12 and ordered a size 12 and they fit very well. The wheels are easy enough to change. One of the wheels made a little clicking sound when I put pressure side to side, but no big deal. They are not the most comfortable in the heel to just stand on for a long time (with or without the wheels in), but what do you expect for having big spots for wheels to go. They are great shoes and well put together.

I got these for my 9 year old nephew who was visiting. Thanks to Zappos' awesome service, he got them before it was time for him to leave. I bought the shoes a size bigger just in case, and they are a little big. He likes them that way, so it works out. They look great on too.

Purchased these for my Grandson Joey (10) in Virginia. He thought they were awesome and he loved them. In fact, his father says he doesn't want to wear anything but his Zappos. Great purchase and I got bonus points with my grandson. Thanks for the great products.

We love our Heelys. We were so happy with these shoes that we ordered two other Heely products from Zappos. Zappos is amazing, too!

This is the third pair of Heelys we\'ve owned and our favorite so far. They came very quickly. They do run a size small, but having read that in advance we bought them one size larger than we normally would have.

The Heelys are great. They actually fit well and do not rub up on the back of my feet. I wear a size 11 shoe and was concerned that the shoes would not fit, but they still had a little room to move around in without flopping off my feet. The shoe is stylish and doesn't appear to look as though it is a Heely. It's cute and fun!

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
