I purchased these heelys for my daughter\'s birthday gift. They are a shiny leather and are made very well. The size is a perfect fit and I would buy without a doubt from Zappo\'s. The fast shipping is amazing. I placed the order around 8 P.M. on a Monday and had the shoes by 2 P.M. Tuesday. I have never had any problems with items not being as advertised and would purchase again.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company.
