I just finally got my boots today, after waiting for a week. I went to try them on, the fit was the standard superb Timberland fit, until I tried to lace them up. One of the bizarre stamped metal straps that the laces thread through snapped, and on closer inspection all of them were cracked. Very disappointed as I now have to wait again, and hope that the replacement pair does not have this problem.

Excellent boots - very comfortable. I was very impressed with how fast they were delivered to me (next day). My old work boots had a hole in the bottom and ready to be thrown away when I got my new boots. Thank you Zappos for excellent service!

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs.
