Shoes are well-made, very light, an exact fit compared with all of my other shoes, and very comfortable. Interaction with Zappos was outstanding. Delivery was on time. Have purchased shoes from Zappos before and will do it again.

Just the most comfortable shoes I own right now. Sneakers are what I usually wear. Now I have to plan to dress a little nicer so I can wear my Eccos!

A little big. I wear them to walk to work every other day. Switch out with another pair of Eccos. Good walking shoe.

These are very light shoes. Easy on the feet and need no break in time. But it does not have any arc support.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
