I have been coveting these shoes for months and finally decided to buy them. What a disappointment for me! The shoe is beautiful, so beautiful I might have considered a satin trim shoe, despite living in a snowy climate. But this shoe is narrow and UNCOMFORTABLE! After reading the reviews I ordered half size up and I could barely fit my foot in the shoe. These shoes run at least a size small, and they are also very, very narrow. I’m not sure even a full size larger would fit my slightly wide foot. And, I wear a lot of high heels, very high heels, sometimes all day. These shoes are just uncomfortable. Between the very hard soles and tightness of the toe box, these would be crippling for any but the narrowest of feet. Sad, but true.

Just a little disappointed. I bought these shoes and grey and pink. I do love the style, but like someone else stated, the shoe runs fairly small by 1/2 in. I would have exchanged them for a larger shoe, but I was also a little put off by the fact that it said that the shoe had suede accents. I don't know about the other colors, but the the pink and grey shoe has no suede whatsoever. The pink is actually satin although it looks like suede on the picture.

I ordered these shoes in pink/gray on Wednesday night at 6pm and they were waiting for me to pick up from my apt office on Thursday. I waited until Saturday to actually go get them. I read the reviews about the toe box being tight and I used my fingers to stretch it a little before trying them on. They felt absolutely MARVELOUS! I walked around in them in the apt, took photos of them on my cam phone, they are my new fav shoes! Wore them on Monday. I have to walk around quite a bit and the only problem that I had with these beauties is that they made my feet sweat a bit and my foot would slide forward in them. But the footbed is DELICIOUSLY padded and UBER comfortable considering how tall they are. You simply MUST get a pair. They run true to size. I got a 9.5 and they fit perfectly.

I love how these shoes look, however they appear to run quite small. I got my size on but my toes are completely curled under on one foot. They are gorgeous but I won't be able to wear them and have to send them back ..... I wear an 11 so I can't go higher - very sad!

These shoes are gorgeous! I bought them in the black/pink, but they are more fuchsia than pink. They were pretty close to the picture. They were a little tight around the toes, but I was able to wear them for about 5 hours the first time. The heel height is a little bit high, but they do get attention!

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
