This shoe was the winner out of my extensive trial-and-error process of selection (thank you Zappos!) to replace my worn-out active-wear Mary Janes because it is light, well designed and comfortable right out of the box, with a toe box large enough to accommodate thick socks. The velcro strap was about 3/4" too short after factoring in the thick socks. It was simple to have my cobbler make longer tabs - the shoes were well-priced to begin with and well worth this small extra investment in getting them exactly right for me.

These are a really cute shoes. I purchased 2 in Silver. Initially they were comfortable because they come in a wide size and have a nice rounded toe box. But there is no support in the sole so after a days wear my feet were aching. I\'ve put a liner inside the shoe and this helps some, but only for limited wear. Zappos makes the purchase/return easy.

These are without a doubt the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever had! I can walk around all day without my feet aching. At first I didn't think I would like the ribbon strap, but it turned out to be just fine. I will be purchasing a second pair.

I purchased these shoes for my 9 year old daughter for school. Although shoe shopping with her is usually a nightmare because she has wide, flat feet, you had just what we needed. She loves these shoes because they are sporty, flexible and comfortable for her long day.

The shoe fit ok but my foot was pitched toward the inside of my foot. It made walking difficult.

My only two complaints about these shoes are that, as noted by other reviewers, they slip in the heel, and the grosgrain ribbon-strap is not too comfortable. I purchased heel pads, but they do not help. I will probably have to take them to a shoe repair to have them altered in some fashion. I should've sent them back, but I wore them and scuffed the nubuck leather. I like the look, and the arch support is adequate. I love Zappos, but these shoes are not my best purchase.

Retro - These shoes were a pleasant surprise. I needed some vacation walking shoes that didn't make me look like the typical American Tourist in sneakers. My husband's comment was they look retro-cute. First pair I ordered was silver, and I am ordering another pair. I don't need orthotics, but have short, wide feet with bunions and these are comfortable and look nice. I usually wear designer or couture and suffer. This is the first pair of Drew shoes I own, I usually buy them for my mother, but came across the Delite model. Thanks Zappos for continued excellent service. I order a lot of shoes to fit my unusual feet Zappos accommodates me wonderfully. Fast service, delivery and easy return process.

This strap is a grosgrain ribbon! Plus the fit is "tighter" than I would have expected for a Drew. I will unfortunately be returning the pair.

The shoe is true to size and accommodates even thick orthotics. It’s better looking than 95% of the shoes that are available for orthotics and it's comfortable. I wish it came in more colors!

These are very comfortable shoes. I can wear my orthodtics in these shoes. I do a lot of walking in the hospital I work for. I am going to order another pair. I have flat feet and wearing these shoes help soften the blow to the hard floors. I can wear thse everywhere. And the Zappos fast delivery service is great!!

First, I want to thank Zappo for distributing large size orthotics shoes. I wear size 12 and it is impossible to find in Canada stores, only here could I buy great none expensive orthotics shoes. I could not walk without those shoes.\r\n\r\nThis specific shoe is really confortable and quite feminine, that is very hard to find as well.\r\n\r\nThe only thing, is that it does\'nt provide a very good support side ways.\r\n\r\nAll in all, I am very satisfied and would recommend without hesitation.

Drew Delight is comfortable right out of the box and offers good support, holding the foot firmly in place. It is not flimsy and works well for orthopedic issues as well as balance problems. The shoe is true to size and offers plenty of toe room without looking clumsy. I am glad to finally find something other than my New Balance 811 (which I love) so that I can dress up a little. Thanks Zappos for the excellent choices and fast service.

This shoe is comfy + I too have BAD feet. I dress up for work everyday and walk lots on hospital floors. I get many compliments and debating what color to order next! You know when you find a shoe that works and need back up for when they die! I recommend for wide bunion(ated) feet!

These shoes are ready-to-wear right out of the box - no break-in, etc. Great for problem feet -- I have arthritis everywhere, but it is especially painful in feet. These shoes got me through a big social event when the dress shoes were finished (another great shoe, Ros Hommerson Spa - a dress shoe with style easy on "problem" feet). I also have this same Delite in pink. Downside - a little difficult to keep clean.

I have had these in pink since last summer. My feet are a 12EE so I have a really hard time finding shoes let alone ones that are stylish. While I love how cute the pink ones are, the suede is a dirt magnet and it's very hard to keep them clean. This season I ordered them in the orchid/calf and they are much easier to care for and dirt doesn't seem to want to stick as badly.

Having tried the Drew Bloom II with success, I hoped the Delite would be as comfy. I was SO upset when trying them the first time--the WW was too tight (I usually order EEEE) and began re-wrapping them to return. Then I remembered about the removable innersoles--Yea! I love these shoes and have received numerous compliments (the lime/white is so cool!) so ordered the white/white as well. What a relief to find a shoe that is comfortable on my tender feet!

I had a knee replacement almost 2 years ago and have another one that needs replacement so I have difficulty finding shows that work well for me. These shoes are very comfy and don't cause my knee any pain. My only negative is the strap -- I wish it were a regular leather strap instead of fabric.

Love this shoe!
This is my second pair. My first pair was the mesh one, and then I got the neoprene. It's a cute shoe that fits my orthotics and doesn't make my 10 1/2 WW feet look too ginormous. Drew shoes are expensive but hold up pretty well, worth the price. Very comfortable.

Short strap -
Add me to the list of people wondering why this shoe has such a short closure strap. I have a high instep (comes with high arch), and it barely closes. Also strange that it's not leather. For such an otherwise well-designed and slightly pricey shoe, they could have done better.

A little tight -
I read great reviews of these so I had high hopes. I ordered the "wide" because, well, I have wide feet. Since they're wide, I ordered a half size smaller than I usually do. They are pretty roomy, but the top part right above my toes digs in a bit. Leaves a mark. Not sure if this is a design defect or an indicator that I have not only wide feet but also tall feet!

Very comfortable; orthotics fit in just fine.
It's difficult to find nice looking shoes that will hold my orthotics. These are lightweight, stylish, roomy and comfortable. I might buy in another color.

True, these are not stilletos! But that is not why we are buying them. Right, ladies?
Out of the box (and on blind faith!) these took me through nine hours of work -- standing in place, up and down steep narrow staircases, and hiking 3 miles on gravel/cobble stone/dirt hills!
No socks, not a raw spot, nor a blister!
Selected because of my difficult wide (and flat) feet, bunions, extra weight, and need for a generous toe box. They fit the demand of my dress code at work where I am on my feet all day at an historic estate, indoors and outside in various terrain and weather.
There is fabric behind the mesh, avoiding tacky peeking toes, while still maintaining 'breathe-ability.' Rubbery insole is removable. Material used keeps foot odor at bay.
In the first wearing they quickly became my go-to shoes, outpacing a very nice pair of New Balance. I'm on now to order them in beige as we transition to our spring/summer wardrobe.
If the strap fits snuggly I am certain that a cobbler (or friend with a sewing machine) could easily add length to the band.

Comfort plus style -
Drew's Delite has proved to be an excellent shoe for me. This is my second pair and I will likely have on each season. I have a wide foot and am on my feet constantly at work. They are comfortable and stylish. I gave it a four for overall and look because of the velcro strap. It works wonderfully, but velcro can catch and snag fabric. With the location of the strap, I prefer to wear them with pants.
