I am not the type to sit down and one finger type replies; however, my daughter just took the keyboard. I bought these Tevas for my daughter and I know that she likes them very much. And now she (who received the shoes) will tell you how she thinks they feel! Hi. When I got these shoes, it was raining out that morning when I went to school. When I remembered my Uggs got dots on them in the rain, I was scared my new Tevas would get speckled, too. When my mom told me that they were waterproof, I was happy! The shoes are superdy duperdy comfortable. I would really recommend these awesome shoes! The shoes came over I'd say about one night only. The service is great. If you like dry feet, warm and comfortable feet, these boots can't be beat! You should know that they are wonderful boots now because you are reading something by a eleven year old girl! (Yes I am eleven!) As I said earlier, you should really buy these super nice shoes!

The Teva boots are nice looking and my daughter says they are comfortable. They wear pretty well, although I am not sure how easy they are to clean yet, they don't look like they would clean well. I guess if you compare them to the price of Uggs, they are worth it. I like that they don't have to be untied to take off, they have a zipper. Although, my daughter untied them once and now they come untied all the time.

I bought these for myself! My feet are small and narrow and usually girls youth sizes fit me well. These do seem narrow and true to size. The length is perfect on my petite legs. The front has ties which adjust the circumference. They are really warm and comfortable. The tread grips good making them perfect for outdoor activities. My only gripe is they squeak on some surfaces. Overall they are a great shoe!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
