My search for the perfect boot has finally ended. I love these Clarks. Cozy, warm, look great with jeans tucked in or out and great arch. Way better in person than picture. I am an 8 1/2, bought a 9 and it fits perfect! The crepe sole makes you feel like you're walking on a cloud. I do seriously love these. And (as always) Zappos rocks!

Clarks never disappoint me with their products. It is a great boot with great arch support for those of you who find this important. Inside the boot is plush with faux shearling. They are warm and comfortable. I had to go up a whole size from my normal size six that I wear in Clarks. My daughter had to do the same.

Cozy and warm! This shoe fits like a glove, a pleasant surprise since I bought online. While it looks sort of shapeless from the outside, the sole is contoured exactly right.

I really like these boots. They are quite comfortable and attractive. The price on Zappos was better than my local shoe store, which had a significant mark up. There is an issue with sizing and I'm glad I actually tried these on in the store first before ordering or I would have had to exchange them. I suggest rounding up to the next size if you intend to order this boot without trying it on in a store first. I have tiny feet and I usually wear a size 5-1/2 or 6 in boots, but with these shoes my toes were pressed against the toe of the boot before I could even get my heel in. I tried on the size 7 and they fit just fine.

I had no problem with zipper. As comfortable as a pair of posh slippers, but with great arch support for both standing and walking.

The zippper in the back made it impossible to get my foot into the boot. The zipper did not come down far enough. I really like the looks of the boot. Very disappointing.
