Great shoes! Totally cute! I\'ve only worn them a few times for a casual night out. But these shoes are super comfy! If you don\'t stand up for long periods of time I think these would also still be comfortable all day long.

These are great shoes! I got the brown/burgundy which are a great color and very comfortable. As with other Privos, I normally wear a size 9.5 but got these in a 9 and they fit perfectly. They even make my feet look smaller. ;) Thanks Zappos for another great pair of shoes.

Very cute shoe, feminine and quiet. Comfortable, but not overly soft inside. With the wide width, I needed a full size smaller than my normal size. But of course, buying from Zappos made returns a breeze. Love the shoe, especially for its looks.

These shoes are darling. However, they have no arch support. The only places my feet touch these shoes is the ball of the foot and the heel. I am used to wearing clogs that fit my feet perfectly, so these shoes are only worn around the office when I\'m not walking a lot.

The size of the shoe is accurate, and it is comfortable. My only complaint would be that the velcro strap is a little short, so if you need the shoe to be tighter, there\'s not a lot you can do.

I fell in love with these shoes last week while shopping at a local boutique. Luckily, they didn't have my size because I found the same shoes, in my size, for quite a bit less on Zappos. I love these shoes. They require no breaking in and are super comfy from the start. They're true to size, and are absolutely beautiful.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
