These shoes were a great pick. Well worth the money. I wore them for about 7 hours straight, on my feet the whole time, and my feet never got sore. They were true to size and look amazing on.

Perfect. I spent my working life in very high heels & still love the look, but my feet rebel. These are perfect; they look higher than they are, comfortable and still have class with any attire. Thankfully, I finally found a style that doesn't look like old ladies' shoes.

I LOVE these shoes. Heel height is great. Plenty of room in the toe box and wonderful padding. I feel like I bounce with each step. They look equally cute with dress pants, dresses, and jeans. I got the dark grey which most people think is black. In direct sunlight it has a little sparkle.

Indigo by Clarks are some of my favorite shoes. They always fit well and they look great. I wore this pair all day without breaking them in. I did a lot of walking as I had to go to the courthouse twice that day. They fit true to size. I love Clarks!

Love them. They are comfortable and classy. A good mix. I am a nursing mom with a 5 month old and a 2 year old and at times must carry them both. I was able to do so in these shoes at a wedding recently.

These are without a doubt the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever owned. I love them so much I bought them in three colors (black, gray, brown). I get compliments on them all the time. Great shoe, great service.

Very comfortable shoe. This really is a very comfortable shoe, sometimes you just have to pay a little more for a good shoe, but it's worth it. I was able to wear these shoes all day at work the first day I got them. There was no "break in" period. I think they would have been a little big if not for the strap that really keeps them in place. Very cute, great color that goes with brown and black, and like I said, very comfortable for a heel.

I purchased these shoes in the brown patent leather and I\'m so pleased with them. I bought them to wear with pants and skirts and they look great with everything. The heel is a good height and they run true to size. I\'m 56 years old and find them appropriately youthful and sexy. I have worn them on vacation in warmer climates and they are comfortable without stockings. They look great and are super comfortable with fashionable stockings as well. They give the illusion of a higher heel without the discomfort of one. A two and a half inch heel is the limit for me, and this one was instantly comfortable for hours of wearing time. The shape of the heel is a very flattering silhouette for anything you wear. Very versatile, too! Indigo shoes are always comfortable and uniquely stylish. Thanks, Clarks...and to Zappos for unsurpassed service!

Love them. I really love these shoes, very comfortable. I work at the airport and walk up a lot of stairs and escalators and the back heel has gotten ripped pretty quickly due to thin leather on the heel. Otherwise, they are great shoes.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
