These shoes are fantastic and can be worn for hours without discomfort. The heel is not too high or thin, the inside is all cushy and comfortable and they are still very modern and fashionable. I stand for hours to teach seminars and they were remarkably comfortable after a long day. They look very now with tights. I also love them with pants. These shoes will get a lot of use. I'm thinking of another color.

These shoes are fabulous looking. Surprisingly comfortable for heel height (based on just trying on, have not actually worn yet). Zappos is the best in terms of customer service. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

These shoes are really cute and comfortable! I stood in them for hours without a problem. The only thing that bothers me on them as that they come up high on the side and bother my ankle bone when I first put them on but after awhile I don\'t notice it.

Great shoes! They caught my eye at a high end department store. I tried them on there, looked them up on Zappos on my phone (not really that much cheaper but I love using Zappos). A little tight at first. Great quality craftsmanship, leather stretches out nicely. These are very cute shoes, trendy and stylish but still perfect for the office.

These shoes are really comfortable! I typically stay with a lower heel, but the padded inner and the wider heel base make these really easy to wear and walk around in all day long. I got the purple ones and the color is gorgeous, very rich but still sedate enough for work. It's a little hard to see from the picture, but there are actually two small pieces of elastic connecting the front to the heel, so they are easy to slip on and off without unbuckling.

I love them! They are comfy! Wouldn't run or walk a lot in them, but as far as heels go, I went to a wedding in them, danced all night, and my feet weren't blistered, cut or bleeding at the end of the night! Great success! And I love the purple! So cute!

I usually don\'t spend much money on heels since I don\'t wear them often, but these were worth it. You can definitely tell the difference between this pair and a cheap pair immediately. I hate wearing heels, but I could wear this pair all day. I bought the purple pair, and get lots of comments on them. I\'ll definitely buy Clarks again!

These shoes are pretty much true to size, perhaps a tiny bit large, but comfortably so. They are really nicely padded and although the heel isn’t low, I can walk for blocks in them and not feel any pain. They don’t rub anywhere, either. Moreover, they’re quiet on hard surfaces. I really, really like these shoes. I just wish they made them in more colors!

Yes, these are totally designer knockoffs, but lots of shoes at this price point are (*cough* Steve Madden *cough*). At least these are comfy and relatively well made. Wore them for a long day on my feet at work and no breaking in, no blisters. Lots of compliments. \r\n\r\nI ordered my regular size in this shoe, and it was a perfect fit. I\'ll be getting a second pair in another color.

I\'ve been wearing these shoes to work and they are quite comfortable, even with the higher heel . I love the criss-cross strap detail, and it also adds to the support of the shoe. I found these to be true to size. I\'d love to see them in more colors.

Disappointed in these Clark Indigos. Look great but after one day of walking, I had blisters from a too-tight toe box, and my feet ached from the heel height. Already worn so I can't return, but won't be purchasing a second pair in another color as I had planned.

I am very pleased with these shoes. I wear them in the office and then out at night and they are comfortable throughout the whole time. The toe box is generous yet attractive. There is good arch support. Cute with either slacks or a skirt!

I am a huge Clarks fan, and these shoes do not disappoint. They are very comfortable, even after long days in the office. I love their funky sort of 1920s look...not your regular brown oxford. They are a good choice for dress pants, jeans and dresses. If you are considering buying these, you will enjoy them very much! I purchased them in brown, and have found them a great go to shoe for everyday wear.

This shoe is adorable and exactly what I was looking for for fall. It’s very comfortable up to a point, but since I live in New York and walk so much, usually by the end of the day the arches of my feet are really aching from the heel height. But that’s not really the shoe itself as much as the heel height. I wish more shoes with higher heels would use hidden platforms; it makes all the difference if you are going to be walking around in them. Still, no blisters and I love the look. If you walk a more moderate amount then it shouldn’t be a problem at all. I would definitely buy again. Love them.

Fashionable and comfortable! These are great shoes; they are so cute and they are actually comfortable. It's difficult to find a shoe with a lower heel that is still stylish; these shoes do just that. The heel is just tall enough for a slimming effect on the legs, but they are still comfortable enough to wear for hours. Great shoe!

A bit disappointed. My problem with the non-adjustable strap was that it hit a sensitive spot on my instep, which seems at odds with other reviews. I found width slightly snug, but nothing that wouldn’t loosen up with time. If you have a standard instep, these might be comfy, but for me they’re headed back.

I tried these on in an actual Clarks store. They were so adorable, but did not fit properly. The criss-cross design on top (which makes them so unique) dug into my foot. They were also a little big in the heel. I usually fit perfectly into a size 7.5 in all Clarks shoes. This style provides no arch support. It's too bad, because they are so cute!

Mixed feelings. Another reviewer mentions Miz Mooz, which means these are a knockoff twice removed. Chie Mihara did this style a few seasons ago and other than a slight variation in the shape of the heel, these are a dead ringer. The leather, though, is too shiny and looks a bit cheap (though for about 1/5th the cost of the Chies, nothing to complain about). I found my regular size to be quite large and wide in the heel, though it looks like most other reviewers found them to run small. The half-size smaller pinched the toes on the larger and wider of my feet. Like one previous reviewer, I found that the non-adjustable side strap has too much slack and pops up. So definitely not perfect, but nice and sturdy for walking/standing and a good heel height for pants and dresses. I decided to keep the larger pair and I plan to bulk them up with pads and heel grips.

These are so beautiful, the purple color is so hip. Definitely retro-ish. My only complaint is that the heels are a bit wobbly, which I think occurs because they are not aligned well with the ball of the foot. I like to feel solidly grounded in heels, especially ones from a comfort brand.

Same shoe has different brand?
I bought these shoes from Miz Mooz a few months back and am surprised to see them now done by Indigo. The Indigo versions offer different colors than the Miz Mooz and are a bit cheaper, but it seems that the problems people are talking about are the same. I thought I was getting a unique shoe, now it is everywhere. I will return them. So sad because they are very cute.

Disappointed in Clarks. This shoe looks nice, but is a bit too small in size 10 and too big in size 11. Would like to have been able to order a size 10 1/2, but is not made in that size. The strap is very loose and leaves a gap on top. Well made and good quality, though.

Love this shoe. I have purchased this shoe in both the purple and the dark brown. I found that they fit perfectly right out of the box, but I tried them on in a Clarks store before coming to Zappos to actually purchase them. I got a better deal here on Zappos.

Looks exactly as I had hoped. It was much smaller, both in width and length, than all my other size 6 Clarks. I've tried the 6, then the 7; returned both and am trying one last time on a 6.5. I hope this works as this shoe is really nice to look at, at least in the box as they don't fit my feet.

These shoes "looked" exactly as I hoped they would. Sadly they were very small, both in width and length. Re-ordering up one full size. Will cross my fingers (and toes) that they fit as they are a really cute shoe for Fall.
