These shoes are so comfortable and I have a wide foot that is not "happy" in many shoes. Super cute with jeans and will work with most dress pants as well. Every time I wear them someone is complimenting me. They have been my shoe of choice ever since I received them - I am wearing them everywhere! Over Thanksgiving one of my family members tried my shoes on and said they would be trying Zappos for the first time to purchase the Clarks Chimera. In addition to being comfortable, the heavy duty grip bottoms are great for running around...you feel like you can run and jump, they are great :)

I have to say that I just love these shoes! They are so comfortable; I am on my feet for 7+ hours a day and these stay feeling good all day. I love the traction on the bottom. And the heel back never rubbed my ankles, so there was no "break-in" time. Just so you know, the heel seems higher in person than in the picture (I thought they were going to be a lot lower and was pleasantly surprised to find out they are nice and high). I get tons of complements on them and I think they look good with skinny jeans and pants and skirts. I originally ordered my usual size, but after some debate, had to go down a half size. The buckles are adjustable so that helps for a custom fit.

Great shoes but I would order about a half a size to a size larger than you normally wear or possibly wide width if they come in wide. They were way too small and I had to return them.

I love this shoe! I received yesterday and wore them to work today! I am on my feet all day and they were great. They did not hurt at all. I would wear these with pants, however I am not sure if I would wear them with a skirt. The cushioning is typical for most Clarks I've purchased, which is awesome.

Perfect balance of comfort and style. I was looking for a stylish, heeled, yet still comfy pair of shoes or ankle boots that I could wear with socks and pants in colder weather. It's especially difficult to find shoes, not boots, with heels that can be worn with socks. But these are perfect. They have good traction, good shock absorption, decent enough arch support (I have a particularly high instep), and just the hint of a platform which makes the heel feel pretty subtle. Also, they're adorable. Exactly what I was looking for! I generally go up a half size for heels anyway, so I marked these as feeling true to size, but if that doesn't count for you, go ahead and go up a half size.

I love this shoe. After reading the review I sized down and was unsure if I should have. I felt the shoe was a bit snug where the buckles are located. I called Zappos and asked them to send me my normal size. The shoe felt great but the more I walked the more the shoe began to slip. I put the smaller shoe back on and it has stretched and feels wonderful. This shoe is fully cushioned. I have such difficulty finding shoes with enough cushion for comfort. This shoe has both looks and comfort. Thank you Zappos for your customer service and quick shipping.

Cute and comfortable. A little larger than normal for this size. Look really cute with pants and jeans. I haven\'t worn them with a dress or skirt. Still comfortable after wearing them all day at work.

 |  | I know many times all you hear about are complaints, but this note is just to let you know that out of all my experiences with websites and purchasing online (which I do a lot of), your website, your ordering process, and your return process is the easiest I have ever experienced. I just a placed an order, and it was just like “1, 2, 3,” and I had made my purchase. I have ordered from you before, and unfortunately had to make some returns, but it was a breeze to return.
