Very disappointing! I am all for recycling- but this is really taking it too far. This wallet (although reasonably priced) literally feels like a bunch of old rice bags (that were thrown in the trash). It doesn't even function as a wallet. Your cards and cash will be hard pressed to fit in this "wallet." Keen would have done better if they used an old sock and called it a "change purse." As always, Zappos rocks my world.

Not what I expected -
While the customer service, and shipping at Zappos was wonderful, when I opened the package today, I was extremely disappointed. It looked nothing like the one in the picture. One problem is there is no key holder at all on mine, the cute rainbow stitching, and bright internal compartments are not on/in mine. I own, at least, 10 other Keen items, and I love them all, but I am disappointed that I will have to return this.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company. So, when you communicated your "special priority processing" on this order at no additional cost to me, I was moved to respond with a resounding THANK YOU!
