Never. That\'s how many reviews I\'ve ever written online. My kids bought me some Keen Ellies for my birthday. Since then I\'ve bought hiking boots (jury\'s still out on those), and now these Whispers in the Nile/Neutral Gray. They will go with everything! We\'re going on a 2 week cruise, and these are so comfortable with or without socks that I think I\'ll have no problem with my problem feet on the boat or on shore excursions walking several hours at a time. I\'ve worn them around the house for hours. It\'s rare when I can do that with any shoe I\'ve ever owned. \r\n\r\nOn top of that, the service from Zappos is the best of the best. I truly hope it never changes. Just ordered other products and expect them to arrive tomorrow - overnight. The Whispers ran true to size (9), though my boots ran a size larger, which makes Zappos service doubly valuable. Thank you Zappos, and thank you Keens!

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. The first time I wore them was a long 12 hour day at Disney World. Then I wore them the next day for another 8 hours at Disney Animal Kingdom. Everyone thought I was crazy to wear new shoes I hadn't even broken in for two full days of walking, but my feet felt great afterward. I love the protection of the boxed toe, but the openness and breathability of the shoe.

I bought this shoe for a whitewater rafting trip and it worked out well. Much more secure fit than other sandal types and it stayed on even when I fell out of the raft in the rapids. My only complaint was that the pull-strap which tightens the top of the sandal was pressed down on top of my foot by the raft and was quite uncomfortable by the end of the day, but I think this would be an issue very specific to whitewater rafting.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Italy that included a little bit of everything: light hiking around Lake Como, walking on the cobblestone streets in Firenze, exploring the tiny villages. They were perfecto! I put them on to go to the airport, and I never wore another pair of shoes for the next eight days. Thank goodness they wash and dry quickly! I have narrow feet, so the ability to tighten the shoes made for a great fit. They are very light. My feet were never sore.

MOST comfortable shoe I have ever owned, hands down. If only I didn\'t live in Chicago I would definitely wear these 365 days a year! Great support, waterproof, anti-odor, super cute in the blue - I recommend these shoes to everyone!! Have already bought two other pairs for my brother and fiance. You will have NO regrets!! These are great sandals. I bought them primarily for canoeing because I wanted something that would stay on and dry quickly, but so far I have mostly used them for day hikes. I did a 3 hour hike at Muir Woods over pretty rough terrain with lots of ups and downs (not just the paved part of the park, obviously), and with the exception of a pebble or two, they were fantastic. The reinforced toe prevented some painful stubs on rocks, and they were well-cushioned and sturdy. I wouldn\'t suggest wearing them on hikes any longer than a few hours, but for short hikes and camping they are perfect.

We are a Keen family (3 boys and me!) and finally Keen has come out with a female version of their popular sandals. This sandal is so much more comfortable to wear and walk in than the women's Newport H2 sandals. The foot bed is narrower and is not as hard as the H2. Absolutely my favorite new Keen sandal.

These are my first pair of Keens and I absolutely love them. They are not big and bulky and feel great all day long! They won't be my last pair!

The Keen Whisper is great for my narrow foot. Good Support and nice looking. I now own 3 pairs, will be purchasing the 4th pair in the next few weeks.

These are attractive, functional sandals. They fit relatively well, although they are less comfortable when wet. They do not absorb much water, dry relatively fast, and stay on your feet.\r\n\r\n

I moved to Europe a little while back for school, but before I left I went in search of a good active sandal that I could wear all day on the cobblestone. I also needed a good shoe for water, as it rains almost everyday where I live. Since ordering the Whispers I have worn them almost everyday! They are fabulously comfortable, even on days where I am walking over ten miles. I much prefer them over my running shoes for walking around. They have held up well in the rain too and dry very quickly. This is great if I get caught in a rainstorm on the way to a lecture. Being able to just rinse them off in the shower if they get dirty is also a hung plus for me. I have fairly narrow feet (width A) and an even narrower heel, and the Keens fit like a dream. They also run a bit large which is fabulous (I am an 11.5/12 women but the 11 fits perfectly). I highly recommend them.

I love these shoes! They fit perfectly right out of the box and didn't even need a breaking-in period, no blisters! They feel sturdy but so lightweight and comfortable I sometimes forget I'm wearing shoes at all. Since there was a question of sizing; I wear 9.5s in dress shoes and 10s in athletic shoes. Ordered a 10 in these and they're perfect.

Bought these before a trip to Costa Rica where we would be doing a lot of hiking and whitewater rafting. I was afraid there would be break-in time with these shoes, but since I got them so last minute, I didn't have time to wear them before leaving on our trip. Luckily, they felt perfect. No rubbing, no blisters! I did go up a half-size on the advice of others here, so that might have helped with the fit. They dry out fairly quickly and even when waterlogged, they are still comfortable to walk around in. They also provide good traction if you are planning on doing some hiking. I never once slipped and we were hiking in a torrential downpour over rocky and muddy terrain. I plan on getting a lot of use out of these shoes. I'm definitely happy I went with Keens!

The shoes were great, but more than that, the service was amazing. I ordered the same styles in two different sizes, sent the one that didn't fit back, no hassle, no fuss. From order to credit appearing back on my card, it was all seamless. Please, never change!

These Keen Whisper sandals are lightweight and a less clunky fit than other Keens I've tried. Perfect for wearing while tubing on the rivers here in Montana.

I love these shoes, they go from ocean to the beach and my feet stay comfy. But best of all is the selection and service you get from Zappos. Your order comes sooo fast, sometimes the next day even without requesting it. The return policy is the best and makes it possible to order several pairs and select your favorite, no fuss, no postage. I love Zappos!

Awesome shoes. Great for hiking traction AND great for crossing the river. They do run a bit big so you won\'t err to go on the small side. I am a true 7 but needed a 6.5. Need these to be snug or your heal will fly around.

These are some of the most comfortable walking sandals I have put on in a long while. Just a little adjustment on the bungee straps for my narrow heels and I was set. They didn't need any break in time at all. They do run a little hot here in Texas, but my feet don't get too sweaty. Sure they're not cute or stylish, but I bought them for comfort anyway.

 |  | Hi Fabulous Zappos Team: Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Barb and I just finished reading an absolutely delightful article about your company and corporate culture. I was so genuinely impressed that I wanted to send you all a note of thanks. Thanks for being the genuine article! My entire adult work life I have tried to promote a happy, customer focused work environment. While I have always been extremely productive from being authentic and caring, certain supervisors looked at my ways as being suspect and a little weird. Yes, it's true they felt a respectful, caring attitude was a waste of time and actually did not care if their current customers were satisfied. How they didn't equate that current happy customers equals monetary success now and later through referrals is still beyond me. They also never "got it" that their incredibly high employee turnover cost them dearly. Trained, happy people produce positive results. I worked with a company as a manager for the past 8 years that went through 29 managers in the 2 locations closest to me in my 1st two years of employment. Finally I decided to leave after not being able to effect positive change in my boss. Amazingly at Zappos the positive goes CEO down and back up - way to go! Being the eccentric optimist I am, I left my job and figured I'd have a great job in no time. Unfortunately, I am still looking for a positive, proactive position and was getting a little blue until I read the article tonight about Zappos. The great news is that my faith has been restored. There actually is a company that values what is really important and not just in a PR lip-service kind of way. I wish you all enormous success, big bucks, and happiness. I hope that your corporate culture spreads out like wild-fire to other businesses so that people like me who live it and believe it can experience it in our careers. If my husband wasn't off serving in Iraq, I'd probably be there beating down the door for a job, but it is in extremely bad form to sell the house and move away while the husband is out of the country for a year.
I most sincerely appreciate: Your Zappos core values that you really follow. Your supporting your employees to learn more, be happier
