Quality material. Heavier than some shorts, good for dress. Craftsmanship: sub par. Pocket snaps come off, coin pocket (inside right pocket) comes unsewn. I would expect better from a short at this price.

Bought these for my boyfriend after I ruined a similar pair in the wash (oops). He loves them and they look great! A little longer than most cargo shorts- very flattering. As always, Zappos ROCKS. Free next day shipping!

 |  | I want you to know how pleased I am that my dad received his shoes so quickly! He got them today. I am amazed! He is a patient at the VA hospital in Denver. He is a WWll combat veteran who lost his leg after stepping on a land mine. Recently, he was taken to the VA hospital because no one at his present home could care for him. He was sick, malnourished, and to add insult to injury, could not use his prosthetic leg because it caused a sore on his amputated stump. To shorten a long story, he had no shoes with him with which to begin learning to use his new prosthesis. I ordered them Saturday as soon as I hung up talking with him and he received them today. Now he can begin the long journey to regain his stride and health. He will be returning to the east coast of Virginia to be with family.
