Based on the reviews I read here on Zappos, I ordered a half size larger than I usually take, and the shoe was too big. I love the feel of it, but it slips off my feet if I am wearing socks. But, I\'m thinking of ordering another color in my normal size because I like them so much.

This is a super comfortable lightweight flat. It is my go to airplane shoe! If I need a casual shoe on a vacation, this is good enough for walking all over town or using as a slipper in a hotel room. The rubber sole is fantastic for rainy weather or boating! Of course, Keen offers great arch support.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned! I bought them for a 10 day trip to Italy. I wore them every day! I\'m thinking about ordering another pair in a different color. You can\'t go wrong with these shoes. I would order a half a size larger than what you normally wear. I wear a 6-6 1/2 and I needed a 7 in this shoe.

I have two pairs of the Keen Madrid mary jane and love them. I also really like these but they run a half size smaller than the mary jane.

Possibly the perfect shoe! These are very comfortable and look good with just about anything. They are a stretchy material, so won't chafe if you have some trouble spots on your feet. I was concerned that they would be saggy, but they are not. They are comfortable to stand in and stay on your feet if you need to break into a run, e.g., chasing a child. The only small negative is that they may feel a little damp if your feet tend to perspire, but I think they have an antibacterial treatment. I've only worn them barefoot, not with socks or tights.

These are cute shoes that go with just about everything, but if you are looking for the comfort of Keen sandals, look elsewhere. The footbed offers none of the usual Keen support. They're still great for kicking around town, but not for days that have a lot of walking.

The shoes have exceeded my expectations. A great fit, and comfortable as well. I was looking for comfortable shoes to wear about town and these fit the bill. Compliments abound when wearing them.

This shoe is very comfortable. The heel has a spongy springy feeling, and the fabric across the top of the foot is stretchy and soft. I purchased them for a European trip, knowing that my feet will probably swell and they will accommodate that. So far, wonderful! I did purchase a half size larger, and they fit well.

I love these shoes, the only downside is that your feet sweat a bit in hot muggy weather if you wear them all day. I normally wear a size 8.5 but had to return that size for one half size larger. I wear them without socks. I am a Keen fanatic; my only complaint is that it's hard to pick the correct size without trying on the shoes. I have a closet full of Keen shoes, sandals, and boots, ranging in sizes including 8, 8.5, and 9.

I had a trip planned to Aix en Provence with a lot of walking ahead of me. Finding a very comfy shoe was important; however, the trip was soon approaching. I found the Keen Ballerina and ordered it. When it came it felt like it was a size bigger. Zappos, with their always aiming to please, sent another pair. Still too big. Three shipments later, great very comfy shoe found ourselves walking pain free not only in all the airports, but in the rocky lavender fields of Sault, France. Thank You and hats off to Zappos.

These shoes are so cute. I love mine. I wanted a comfy ballerina type shoe I could wear with capris or skirts without suffering from sore feet later. These shoes are perfect. They have a dressy, sporty look to them. The material is sort of like a wetsuit, with rubber type trim and a rubber toe. They do not have the comfort that the Keen sandals have, but they are definitely comfortable for a dressier shoe. They do not slip off my foot, but do have a loose feel throughout the foot. The great thing is, if you order these shoes and they are not what you want, you can return them with no issues and try something else. Zappos is the best site I order apparel from. They are the best! I love these shoes though. I get lots of compliments on them. Give 'em a try!

These are the greatest shoes! They feel like slippers and are cute too. I am ordering them in red, I have the green ones, and I wish they made white because I would order those too. They were true to size and fit my 6.5 feet like a glove. Super comfy and it looks like I can just wash them in the washing machine. I am a nurse and I am on my feet all day, these were like walking on a cloud!

Zappos was great. I spotted the shoes I wanted at a local shoe store but they didn't have the size or color I wanted. I ordered 2 pairs so that I could decide on the color. I sent one pair back. Everything was smooth and easy. I will definitely use Zappos again.

I usually wear a 10 or 11... one can find very few size 10 1/2. I ordered both 10 1/2 and 11, due to others saying to size up. The 11 is perfect for my imperfect feet. The 10 1/2, however, was way too short in the toe. Shoe is very cute and comfy. Not for narrow feet, but not overly wide.

I really enjoy wearing these Keen ballerinas. I bought them in Brindle. In the picture, they appeared more grey to me but they are more green in color. Nice soft muted color that goes with everything. I found them to be more comfortable with wear. I don't believe they stretched out more but I got used to how the shoe struck the back of my foot. I am thinking of buying them in Beet.

Great shoe! It is very comfortable and can be worn with shorts, capris, and skirts. The versatility is great! I also value the ability to wear my orthotic in this shoe when needed.

I bought two pairs for my month in Italy. They had the comfort of, but did not look like, running shoes. No blisters, no hot spots. Although I wear a 9, I ended up keeping the 9.5s for travel "expansion" and sock room. Zappos is the best shoe store in my home.

Cute but sloppy -
Loved the look but these shoes always feel as if they are about to slip right off my feet. I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than normal and the length of the shoe is fine. But the fabric (it's like a wetsuit material) is a little loose and this makes the show fit feel sloppy. It's a shame because if this were not the case they would be among my favorite shows. The instep is wonderfully cushy and I imagine if I wasn't having to constantly check to see if they are still on my feet they would be perfect .

Great Summer Shoes!!!!
I have been searching and searching for cute summer shoes to wear for our upcoming vacation. I typically wear flip flops in the summertime, but I was nervous about spending 5-6 hours a day walking around Disney World in flip flops - and since I hate wearing sneakers, I wanted to look for a sporty alternative to wear with jeans and cropped pants. These shoes are super. They are very comfortable, right out of the box. I think that they run true to size, and because the upper is made of an elasticized material, I expect that they would be fine even if your foot is a bit wide. They are very flattering to the lower leg. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase. Thanks, Zappos!

I wore these shoes for three days in a row, without socks, in perfect comfort. I bought the red ones, but I think I'll probably buy them in black, too. Highly recommended.

I love Keens and have 4 other pairs, all size 7 1/2 so I ordered that in these as well, and they are a little small. They are super comfy and cute, feel like slippers.

Several of the reviews said this shoe ran large. I ordered down a half size and the shoe was too small and had to be returned. I think you have to figure out your Keen size and stick to it--my mistake to listen to the reviews on that one. Otherwise, this shoe does feel more like a slipper than a shoe--very soft and comfortable. The stretch fabric looks way casual, almost like a water shoe, so be aware of that as well.
