You just can't go wrong with Keen. Delivery was on time, size was right, shoe is fabulous, and the price was right. My son told me to order through Zappos and I'll do it again when I want more Keen shoes. For some reason, it is impossible to find them in the stores near me.

Cute and sporty!
The Keen Erin Mary Jane feels beautifully comfortable. This is my 5th pair of Keens, so I knew to take my sizing up a half size, and they fit great! I am looking forward to these shoes being the perfect traveling shoes. Also kudos to Zappos, I got my shoes 24 hours after making the order! I couldn't believe it!

I bought this pair of Keens to replace a previous pair that I had worn clear out while striding through America, Africa and Central America. I was afraid that this pair would not be as good and as comfortable as my real pair. Thank goodness I was wrong. From the minute I put them on, they were as perfect as my old pair, no need to break them in. I look forward to many happy miles in them!

i am a wedding photographer so i need a shoe that is supportive and comfortable for being on my feet for long 8-12 hour days. this shoe is pretty good for that. i have big feet - so i needed the size 12, and it did rub on my toes quite a bit, so i\'d say the reviews about tight fit across toes were right. the buckle is a joke, but i don\'t mind wearing it loose. if you had smaller feet or the shoe was the least bit loose you would have to put velcro on the buckle or it would be annoying. i think the price is a little high for what i expected compared with what i got.

I just ordered these shoes in size 8 and was so excited when they arrived as they are absolutely adorable, but low and behold a rather great disappointment. The shoe ran a smidge to short and so I ordered a 8.5 which was a little too long but do-able with orthotics. I would say its only failure is the fastener. I wore them all around my house to test them out but ultimately I had to return them because the strap just kept loosening and I would have to constantly tighten them.

This is my second pair of Erin MJs. I like my first pair, and this pair has an improvement. The strap is textured and not slippery like the strap on my older pair. The buckle stays snug.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I need arch support and a snug heel to support my foot. This is a shoe I wear often. Love it.

I love these shoes. I have tendonitis in one foot right now, and these shoes alleviate the pain tremendously. The fit is perfectly true to size (I wear a 5) and they were comfortable right out of the box. I own lots of Keens and these are among the best! The only thing I’m not so fond of is the Ensign color is very turquoise. I expected a little more muted because of other colors I have, but it’s cute, just not as versatile as a neutral.

Great Shoe! I don’t think Keen makes a bad shoe. I wanted something that would work with jeans, capris, or a skirt - this shoe is perfect. If I had one complaint, it would be the same as the other reviewers listed - that the strap keeps working itself loose and there is no way to keep it taut. A minor glitch in an otherwise perfect shoe.

Just like a sneaker -
Very very comfortable - I normally wear 7.5 wide, and the 7.5 fits perfectly. No pinching or binding at the toe or the ankle strap (I have a high instep, and this can be problematic in other shoes). Keen must have responded to the complaints about the strap coming undone because the pair I got has velcro on the ends of the straps to keep them in place. The only down side is they are very sneaker-like in terms of looks; not as cute as I hoped.

These Keens are so comfortable! I love the style, and the bright yellow color. I do have to keep tightening the strap however...but it's worth the inconvenience!

I usually wear a women's size 12, and although I really loved the look of these shoes, I will return them because they are too small. Try a half or even whole size larger. The arch support seemed very substantial.

They are one of the best fitting shoes I have ever had! I feel like I am barefoot wearing them. Love the color and want to get more. They probably run a bit wide because there is plenty of room for my wide foot...

These shoes are ridiculously comfortable. I am very prone to blisters on the back of my heels from the slightest irritation, but I have walked around town in these without bother. They look really cute. My only criticism is that the strap comes loose very easily. I find that I have to re-tighten it quite often. However, I find that the loosening is outweighed by the comfort. One of these days I’ll get bored and rig a way to keep them tight.

I love these shoes despite being a little narrower than what I've come to expect of Keens. I contacted the company and learned that some lines do run on the narrower side. These shoes are so darn cute in a sporty (but not overly so) way. My little toes do not like wearing them barefoot- they get rubbed a bit raw but that's too bad; I love 'em.

I really do love these shoes; they're stylish and fit well. Unfortunately, however, I must agree with the other reviewers about the strap. It DOES come loose, even when walking. The clasp sticks out far enough that it makes the shoes uncomfortable to sit cross-legged in. Bummer. Velcro may have been a better choice. Also, I wish they had the same insoles as the Keen sneakers-- these ones seem kind of cheap.I'm still going to wear them regularly anyway though.

As with all Keen's this shoe is very comfortable. The fact that it is cute is a bonus! I find the footbeds a bit warm which has not been my experience with other Keens; and, the overall foot support is not as good as with the classic sandals. Still, looks a bit dressier and will "walk" a long way without discomfort.

I have always loved Keen shoes. This one was comfortable right out of the box. I ordered my normal size and it fits perfectly. My only negative comment is that the color is not what I thought it would be. I ordered Sunnyside and it looked like it would be a brighter orange than it is. The actual color is a more muted orange. Shoe is comfortable though and I am going to keep it.

I LOVE Keen shoes. I have worn them for years. This new Mary Jane is Very disappointing for me. I bought the shoe a half size larger but should have tried a full size larger. The left strap doesn't stay tight and I must stop all day to tighten it. The right strap is short which makes the shoe hard to get into. It is a cute shoe.

Mother of Invention Dance Shoes -
I dance a lot and I just have to have reliable shoes. The first night on the dance floor, the buckles on these Keens kept slipping loose and I was constantly having to tighten them. So I sewed heavy-duty velcro squares onto the ends of the straps and onto the shoes. Now they are a nice cushy fit with great arch support - and they stay put. They look like little girl shoes on and make my size 7.5 feet look really small. The other two pairs of (backless) mary jane Keens I have are absolute favorites for every day wear and I think, in general, Keens are worth whatever they cost. Great for travel!

I love Keen's and have many different styles. I like the Keen brand as they provide comfort, support and durability. That said, you will find that not every style will fit in regards to shoe size. I really like the Mary Jane, it provides good support for a flat shoe and have received many compliments on the style. I read a review before I bought these about the strap coming loose, and it is true, the strap IS NOT secure and DOES NOT stay put. You may find yourself bending over to tighten the strap over and over as I have, so this would not be a good shoe to bring if you are planning to do a lot of walking. As always, ZAPPOS customer service and shipping is excellent.

Cute, but not wide enough -
I really love my Keen Venice sandals and I was looking for a stylish black shoe. I tried this one. Not wide enough and felt like it ran half size small. I wear a 10. If I were to reorder them, I’d try a 10.5 for length. They were cute, but also, the strap doesn’t full come out of the buckle. It opens up a little, but doesn’t come off or out. Kinda weird. I ended up ordering the Calistogas in a 10.5 and am very happy. Definitely much wider than these.

I really like Keens and this shoe is comfy and cute. I wanted a shoe that would accomodate my custom arch supports, which these do, and be comfortable enough to wear for my daily walk to work (about 3 miles roundtrip). I did not want anything too tennis-shoe like that would look ridiculously casual with business casual clothes. These look fine with both jeans, slacks, and casual skirts. My only complaint is that this type of buckle loosens as you walk!!! They are perfect when the buckle is snug, but after a few steps, I find that it completely loosens, making the shoe unsupportive and prone to giving me ankle blisters unless I stop every 15 steps to re-tighten them.

I'm leary of buying shoes online due to my difficulty in finding comfortable shoes that fit my feet. Zappos return policy has taken that hesitance away. I purchased the Erin Mary Jane in the color sunnyside. I needed a versatile looking shoe that I could wear with a variety of casual but professional clothing styles. But above all, my priority is comfort. These shoes were everything I wanted and more. I ordered my regular size and the fit was perfect. I find some Keen styles to be too wide for my average width foot but these shoes were just right. The color is striking adding even more appeal to this good looking shoe. Comfortable, stylish, and a good quality Mary Jane. I've decided to purchase an additional pair in a different color.
