These shoes are a gem. They were the perfect height and super comfortable. I wore them all day, and suffered absolutely no discomfort. Very nice leather, quite refined. This shoe is a must have. Ladies! Run, don't walk, to get these shoes!

Stylish - I ordered the black snake skin and I love the look of shoe, but the toe area is not very comfortable due to the fact I have wide feet. I used a shoe stretcher to give me more room and that seemed to work. The heel height takes some getting used to, but I love the way they make my legs look. Would recommend this shoe only for the ones who love high heel with some cost to comfort.

I absolutely love the shape and style of these heels. Unfortunately, they're in no way comfortable for my feet. I have long toes and the toe box is simply too tight and narrow. Also, the stiffness and height of the heels (higher than they look) prevent me from keeping them. I had ordered the snakeprint in black, and was disappointed to see that some of the scales were peeling off already; not the sort of quality I would expect from Calvin Klein.

I’m a big fan of Calvin Klein shoes because they’re made with great quality. I wanted a sexier pair of black pumps for my dresses and skirts and the snakeskin helps achieve that. These are very high heels, and they fit very true to size. The first night I wore them, I put some Band Aid Blister Block on my feet and I had no pain the entire night. I thought I would have some issues because the leather is somewhat stiff, but the Blister Block is miraculous. I would not wear these without them.

This is a lovely shoe and can be both funky and professional, but it is really uncomfortable in the toe box. Everyone’s feet are different, but I would rather have pointed toe stilettos than these.

Black Koi - Love Them -
I purchased the black koi. Really cute shoes, sort of business looking. I love the look. They are tall but very comfortable, I can wear them 8 hrs. easy. The heel is perfect on these, not too skinny, more chunky. I wish they came in more colors. Perfect service at Zappos!!

Smaller than expected, heel very high!
First of all as a disclaimer, I am not used to wearing heels so my review may be biased.
I loved the look of the shoe online and wanted something I could wear with skinny jeans or going out, but when I got it the heel was very high, I felt like I wasn't standing but standing on tip-toe. I could barely fit my foot into the shoe because the front is narrow, not good if you have longer 2nd & 3rd toes like I do. It's pretty heavy too which doesn't help with comfort.
I think it would be a good looking shoe if you are used to wearing very high heels but recommend you order a 1/2 size larger. As for me I'm going to return it and look for heels 3 inches or less!

Love the style of this shoe. Comfortable for a 4 inch heel...no shoe like this is ever that comfortable, but it's not bad. My favorite shoe I've bought in a while. =) Super cute!

The quality is good and it's a very nice looking shoe. As with most platforms, it's relatively comfortable for the heel height. Which segues to the one thing that was not as expected and hence the 4 out 5 instead of a perfect score. I was looking for an edgy going-out-at-night type of shoe and I was struck by the pictures of a VERY high-heeled shoe, which we all know is what's fashion forward right now. For whatever reason, the angle is not quite as high in mine (size 8.5) as compared to the pictures. So, I guess this will be an office shoe instead, which is fine. As always, the service at Zappos was great, and delivery was incredibly fast.

I ordered these shoes last night at 8:10pm pacific time and received them this morning at noon (16hrs). That is amazingly fast service. The shoes look great, they are high quality and surprisingly comfortable. Zappos, you guys are awesome!!!
