Classy, but a little pinchy. Very nice looking low heeled patent leather shoe! The only catch for me was when I walked, the top pinched me right at the big toe joint. They are very classy looking.

The shoe is beautiful. Just the right heel height for office dressing; however, the shoe seems to run short. I wish it was available in 11.5 because a 12 would be too big. The width was fine.

Simple design and not completely flat heel make it look good. The toe part is not too square as I feared, but feels too tight. I ordered 11W feels like 10-10.5 M. Probably I'll return them.

It's so hard finding comfortable and stylish shoes when you wear a 9.5 wide & have flat feet & bunions. These fit the bill. They have a high enough vamp for comfort, they dress up or down, & come in a variety of colors/material. Love these enough to order more than one pair. Thanks!

I love these shoes! I've bought way too many shoes from Zappos, but these are one of my favorites. I'm trying to keep myself from ordering another pair in a different color. They are very elegant, extremely comfortable, basically perfect shoes. I've noticed the people who don't like them think that the wide is not wide enough. I have narrow feet, so they work great for me. I'd definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately, these "Giselle" shoes do not work for me. They looked modern and demure on Zappos, but in-person they are much more frumpy. Worse, for the shape of my foot, they are both too wide and too narrow at the same time! I bought these in 10.5 wide because that is normally my size, although I do wear a 10M sometimes (Naturalizer brand and Payless). I am widest just below my toes, but my heel is not particularly wide. The Giselle shoes are too tight across my wide area and the heel is so loose and the shoe might be a little long, so that I step out of them or step on the sides when I walk. If you happen to have very wide heels, but medium width across your toes, then you may be interested in this shoe, but I don't think most people fit that description. I should return them, but I will probably be too lazy.

I bought the red patent (SASSY!) and after reading the reviews I decided to order the wide width and am I glad i did! These wides are none too wide. After a day of wear I did have a little blister on my heel but I think it was because I was wearing slings all summer. I received so many compliments on these red shoes! (as soon as I got them I got online and ordered the black suedes which arrived the very next day!) Love Zappos!

I purchased three pair of these shoes. One Black, One Navy, and One Brown. I needed a 5W and they had them. The shoes look great but they are not a Wide. They run small in the width department. As soon as my feet stop swelling, I may be able to wear them. Other than that, they are fine. Only wish I could find shoes in the size I need without looking for hours for them.

I really like these shoes. I got them in red, which is a lovely color, deeper than bright red. The heels are tall enough that I don’t feel completely flat when I wear them, and they make a ladylike clicking sound as I walk around. They are fairly comfortable, and I love the shape of them - simple but sophisticated. Definite keepers.

I was looking for a black suede flat, but not a flat slipper style.This shoe has it all. It is chic and will work with jeans to skirts or dresses. It is flattering on the foot and comfortable, too. I wear a 9.5 to 10 based on the brand of shoe and got the 10s in this which fit perfectly. As always, Zappos' excellent service made shopping easy and enjoyable.

I have large, difficult-to-fit-comfortably feet and found these shoes quite comfortable and well worth the price. And, I love Zappos almost instant shipping and easy-return policy. They are a great company to do business with!

I have been looking for a classic white pump for quite awhile with no luck, but i found this Fitzwell shoe & ordered it. It is perfect! Fits well and looks good.

Nice looking shoe -
Nice looking shoe and fit well. I am a size 8 and the size 8's fit. However, I am going to be wearing these with bare feet so need room for my insoles, and were a bit tight with them. So I am returning them for a 1/2 size larger. But a nice looking shoe, the dark red is great.

Nice flat but not great comfort -
This shoe has a nice profile--looks a little like a ballet flat, but not quite that flat. The heel makes it more flattering on a larger foot. However, I only kept the suede pair, since the patent and the kid leather were both too tight across the instep. I found the suede a little less so, and kept it in the hope that it will stretch a bit more and wind up acceptable. Too bad--a fraction more give in this area would have made these great for work and dressier situations where you don't want to wear heels.

Uncomfortable witch shoes -
For something that falls in the "comfort" category, I was pretty disappointed. The leather and soles both felt pretty stiff and rubbed my foot in bad places. Not to mention that the shoes were far more square toed than they appear to be in the picture which just made me think of a witch wearing them.

Was looking for an everyday flat shoe for work. I liked the design, however for a 10W, the shoe was tighter than I would have expected.
