I bought these shoes in seafoam thinking they would be the perfect wedding shoe, but once I took them out of the package and put them on I was very disappointed. First is the horrible sound they make when you walk in them, or if they rub together. Second, when they are on your feet the front "patent leather" puckers up and looks horrible. Cute shoe in your hands, not on your feet. So sad.

Squawkers -
The shoes are very adorable, but unfortunately, I'm going to have to return them. They're a little snug, and although I could've possibly lived with that, what I can't get past is the 'squawking' sound these shoes make! When you walk in them, they make this sound as if you just got out of the rain... slosh, slosh, slosh! It's embarrassing.

I absolutely love those shoes. Months ago I ordered the J 41 Seville and was very disappointed with the fit of those shoes and had to send them back. But the J 41 Grand are absolutely worth the cost. They are extremely comfortable right out of the box and are super cute. Even the heel is just perfect for anyone who is not used to wearing heels all the time. I would recommend this shoe to anyone who has troubles finding a trendy shoe with arch support and comfort, which let me tell you girls, is extremely hard to find.

Super cute, great fit!
I normally wear a size 7, and ordered a 7. It fits well, but it's a little snug through the toes. If you've got a wide foot you might order up a half size. I'm confident they will stretch out though. They are ADORABLE and I'm tempted to buy one in every color. The Seafoam color is like bright robin's egg blue, goes with everything! Love them.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
